Quik Fix Windshield Chip Repair

Jeff was wonderful! I got a chip in my windshield on Saturday around noon. I saw his business listed when I did a google search and gave him a call right away. He was booked up for the day, and closed Sunday. Plus we had bad winter weather coming, so I did not expect him to come out sooner than Weds. Others left him great reviews here on yelp and on google so I went for it! He asked me a lot of questions about the chip, and gave me very thorough instructions on what to do so it wouldn't get worse. He kept saying "oh i talk alot..." (he didn't) but I appreciated the details and his experience. He came over on Weds afternoon to my location and it was all fixed within an hour. He explained the whole process to me very clearly ...I didn't have to ask any questions! He even found a 2nd little chip that I didn't even notice and he fixed that one as well. Jeff is a very nice man and very knowledgeable about what he does. I had no idea how much a windshield replacement would cost and thank goodness it didn't get to that point. But i Know he saved me a lot of money and he did a great job. highly recommended! He's local - not some faceless corporation!

Jeff is an amazing guy! I had a crack on my windshield and like most, I was devastated. I needed to find a place to repair the crack. I googled and found this place. Reviews were looking good! So I called in the middle of the day and Jeff answered. He was very patient and took his time to educate me about the crack repair and etc. I really appreciate it because it was in the middle of the day and I would assume they be busy and were going to rush me for an appointment. But like I said, Jeff took his time with me. Even better, he was able to come out to my job site and repair the crack on my windshield. I have a demanding job as a retail manager and this really helped me alot! We’re here from out of town and got a chip in the windshield that started to web. I was frantically looking around at windshield repair places before travel back and SafeLite was quoting me upwards of $200+. Found Jeff and it was half the price AND he comes to you. I have a 2 year old so going to a business and waiting for them to finish any job or trying to find a ride home and move the car seat around is such a hassle. Before any price/scheduling was discussed, Jeff was adamant about explaining who he is and what he does and how the process works, and what all I needed to do to make sure the patch went as well as it could (ie keep the windshield 100% dry before service). Jeff was at the house on time, got in and out within 30 minutes and it looks great! Super easy process and again, the coming to you was such a plus (especially with kids).

I called Jeff in the early afternoon and he was able to come out the same day and was very professional and personable. He had it completed in a very short time and made sure the rest of the windshield looked great as well. Had a great conversation while he worked. Now let me tell yall this man is a man of his word with a good price and sticks to it. Definitely a dying breed in the businesses that this world use to have an abundance of. Jeff took the time to pick up his phone during his busy schedule to pencil in my wife and I for a last minute fix during a busy holiday weekend. Now to me I was already sole because out of 16, yes 16 businesses I called he was the only 1 to pick up. That is a real business and the only 1 that deserves my respect and money. Jeff was so kind and so helpful! He worked with me on appointment times and location to make sure my windshield was taken care of. He did a wonderful job, and the chip that I stared at while driving down the road is now a distant memory for me. He worked quick and did amazing. Jeff was so polite and informative throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain every step to me, and he insured I have nothing to worry about moving forward. Any other potential windshield issues will be handled through him, from now on! I really can’t thank him enough!

Jeff definitely enjoys his work and the end result is evidence of that. He worked his magic on my F150 windshield that was hit with a nice rock on the way back from NM. You really have to look hard or park in the perfect angle of sunlight to see the repair. Although I didn't meet his dog as others have stated in their reviews, he did tell me about it.
