Caliber Auto Glass

This is the 3rd time I've used Caliber Auto Glass on 3 different cars. Using my VIN to get an online quote, which is pretty easy and fast, plus I was able to schedule a home repair for the next day. The technician replaced the front windshield this morning, he was very fast and efficient. They saved me time and money compared to other local Auto Glass replacement services. I highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Excellent service from beginning to end (windshield replacement). I called on Monday and they were able to do the job on Tuesday. Joseph had a very professional attitude, was so polite, called ahead of time re ETA and arrived on time. Got the job done quickly and no hassle. He was also super nice and I was impressed with how thorough he was. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting reliable and professional service!

I used Caliber previously (about a year or so ago) to replace the windshield in my daughter's Mini Cooper. She's in college about 4 hours from me but I was able to get everything taken care of online. They were very professional and accommodating. So, when I needed a new windshield for my car, I contacted them again. I requested a quote and an appointment online which was all very simple. One of the reasons I selected them is because I work auto claims and they are a preferred vendor for the company I work for. They reached out to me immediately and scheduled the appointment. The guy that was installing the glass, Jonathan, texted me about 20 min prior to arriving to provide his ETA. He was prompt and professional. I prepaid using the link that was sent the day before. It could not have been easier! Also, the price I paid ended up being about $65 less than the quoted estimate I received!! I'm very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend.

I had originally scheduled thru web and chat botts with Safe lite. It became apparent the day before my appointment that they were going to WAY over charge me. using my Insurance deductable as the price. SCAMMERS. I then Called on the phone and GOT an actual person at Caliber and that refreshing. She quoted a price. I had to ask her 3 times to ensure it was correct as safelite had quoted me way more than double. They got me in for remote mobile install the next day. Tech called first thing and asked if he could do my stop as last stop since it was last on his route home. I agreed and he called again on his way later. TOTAL professionalism the entire way. He arrived on time and took care of the window install. DO NOT Waste your time on the safelite scam clowns. USE CALIBER AUTO GLASS instead. great people and great company.

I am a Corporate Caliber Employee in Lewisville. We Scheduled customer's for service all day , and of course promote Caliber Auto Glass. Who knew that I would shatter my back windshield . I quickly remembered that we have Caliber Auto Glass to service our needs for glass only repairs. Response time was literally 1 hour from the time I submitted the form. (they didn't know I was an employee by the way) I was provided with a quote repair time , warranty information the whole 9 . Julian was my Tech. and he was very professional , prompt , and took care of Bula (2004 ford expedition ) 10 out of 10 will recommend and tell a friend . I have to admit this is excellent service. I spoke with a human being on the phone. They made the appointment To come repair my jeep windshield . They showed up exactly on time. The tech that did the job was very friendly very personable and very respectful. He explained what needed to be done. And he did it by windshield looks great His name was Gabe. He’s an excellent employee.. I had a similar experience about two years ago when my car was hit by hail. Same excellent experience. I hope they continue this type of customer service because many companies can learn how to work with customers. Extreme professionalism and I wish I could give it more than five stars.

Phil was absolutely amazing. He was our installer and did an amazing job. The whole process was so quick and easy, I was impressed. We had to have the windshield replaced. They got us an appointment within two days of the incident and gave us a four hour window with the promise of the technician calling 30 minutes before he arrived. Phil called within that time frame and arrived right on time. He worked super quick and was extremely friendly and professional. The technician called me letting me know he was on the way. He was professional, detailed and empathetic to my issue. After installing the window, he realized something was wrong with the size because it wouldn’t roll up and down properly. He got me another window, and it was perfect. After he left, I realized the door locks weren’t working properly. I called him and he immediately returned and fixed the issue. I originally was set up with Safelite and had it changed to caliber due to poor service and attitude from safelite. If you need quick and professional service use Caliber. The process the same and the service is 5 stars.

Thank you very much for doing the replacement on my car's windshield. The technician who did it (Jash or Josh) did a thorough and excellent job. I hawked him while he was doing the job and I could tell he was a professional and knew what he was doing. He was also very respectful and kind. There was no use of gunky tools or makeshift gear, every tool he used was meant for the job. Like I said, very professional! I tried to call these people for a quote for my rear windshield. The guy that answered the phone was obviously in a call center somewhere, doesn't actually work there, and appeared to know nothing about automotive glass. No matter how much detail I gave him about my truck (2008 F-250 standard cab rear glass with factory tint), he had no idea how to find a quote for me. He said there were just "so many options" and he didn't know which one it was. Every other place I called just gave me a price over the phone.
