Optic-Kleer® Auto Glass

About 2 months ago I had a wonderful experience with Optic Kleer Keller. I went in to get a quote for a cracked windshield. From the moment I walked in I felt at home because I was greeted warmly by the office staff. My spotless yet cost waiting area made a great impression on me too. They took about 5 mins locating the highest quality yet most cost effective windshield for me. They assured me that they could get the glass that afternoon and that they would call me as soon as it came in. Within 1.5 hrs I got a call saying the replacement glass had come in. Upon returning the he store the owner discovered that the windshield was not the correct replacement( I had a camera in my windshield that had been missed upon initial assessment). I apologized for not mentioning the camera but the owner took full responsibility for the mistake, had his daughter drive me home ( because I had 2 toddlers with me) and then delivered my car to my residence that evening. Not only did the owner apologize profusely for the inconvenience he also gave me a Starbucks gift card. I was blown away! I've never received such wonderful customer service! I have been telling all my friends and acquaintances to use this company for all their windshield needs. I will be a lifelong customer!

Move over any other glass company out there. Hands down this is the best in the business. We got hit hard Saturday 5/25/24. We went to the dealership, we went to another glass company, and we went to Optic- Kleer and no one had the right windshield. Christopher took the time to explain that the car was so new that an aftermarket model wasn’t available and the only place that would have the part would be the dealership. I explained to him the horrible service we got at the dealership and he went to work. Less than an hour later he had found our windshield and he could have it by the end of the week. It arrived Thursday 6/6/24 and it was installed by 12:00 pm that day. As long as this place is around we will do all our auto glass business with them. They went above and beyond to ensure our car with less than 2k miles on it had a bright and shiny new windshield.

This rating is not reflecting customer service which was good the customer service was good. However quality for the price not so great I dont mind paying for work but I do expect it done right overall windshield repair was ok just a couple of things which made post this review one being the overall time it took to get everything complete such as install and calibration of the Honda sensing features. Now what really made me dissatisfied is the trim that goes around my windshield it is not reinstalled properly it keeps coming off I brought the issue up was told it was fixed 2 days later its coming off again. Again this where I say im ok with spending the money but I expect for things to be done right and in a timely manner.—late update but optic kleer fixed the issue and where understanding and apologetic very sincere about the mishap and corrected

Eric restored my 03 headlights. I had been, until recently retired, in customer service for over 37 years, so I can recognize professional, first rate service-Eric provided that, with honesty. . He was cordial, as were the others at the business, and the results were exceptional. Just as important, before he agreed to charge me for the restoration, he "tested" one of the headlights, to see if his work would make a difference, in the appearance of the head light, and insisted that he would not charge me, if it did not. That is, he is a very honest professional, that was 'looking out" for me. Well done, Eric. Well done. I had Billy D. replace the windshield in my wife's Ford Explorer. I had two appointments canceled from some other (sort of un-named service... Safe sombody). I wouldn't use them again even if they could figure out how be be cheaper. Billy set up the appointment, gave me all my options and explained pros and cons for each... and let me decide. He came when he said he would, called when on his way, and did a great job to ensure everything came out perfect. He even replaced the plastic side guards with the windshield. I would highly recommend this vendor. I know their field technicians work in territories, but Billy was great! My driver window was shattered on a Saturday by a would be thief. After contacting car dealer and the company my insurance recommended was told that neither could repair my driver window in the time frame I needed. Opti-Kleer Keller was in my neighborhood so I dropped by for an estimate. They could make the repair on the day I wanted and pricing was very competitive. But before I could drive away they offered to clean up the glass & debris that the break-in had created and even applied plastic shield so I could continue to use my car until the repair was made. That is over and above customer service! The repair was made on the day and time they promised. I highly recommend this company!!

Took a rock impact to my windshield while driving between California and Boston. Stopped in Texas for a few days and Danny Odell with Optic-Klear Weatherford responded immediately to my request for a repair service. He has a mobile service and arrived on time and within 30 minutes had my windshield repaired to the point that I could continue on my trip without worries of a major glass failure. I made a reservation on their website to fix two rock chips on the windshield of my wife's car. The website was aesthetically pleasing, easy to use and quoted me the cost of the chip repair. I took the car in an hour later, waited in the office for 20 minutes and drove out with an almost new windshield. I had the pleasure of chatting with the owner Eric while I was waiting. Throughly enjoyed the conversation especially Eric's passion for doing the right thing by the customer. I highly recommend the place for your auto glass replacement and repair needs!! Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

My headlights were so foggy, I couldn’t see very well at night when I was driving. I was going to DIY it after watching a lot of YouTube videos, but something in my gut told me I should leave it to the professionals. I am so glad I I did! I spoke with Eric (the owner) before going, and he was so kind and friendly on the phone and answered all my questions patiently. He gave me an amazing deal, and was even understanding when I mentioned I would have to come a little late due to work. Him and his crew did a wonderful job and they had me out in less than 30 minutes! I recommend this place 100%!

They were quick to get me in without a notice. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the waiting area and the garage and the craftsmanship and attention to detail was an A+. Highly recommended. **update* I've had two windshield replacements done by then now in the last two years. I just brought it by to get a big rock chip that happened yesterday and there was no charge for the fix! 1 year warrantee on new windshields.
