EJs customer service was amazing. I arrived slightly early. My current window was tinted and before taking my window off EJ notified me the window he had was not tinted and checked if id be okay with it. I did not care either way, but I appreciate him checking first. I expected to be there 1-2 hours I stopped to get food and everything. My scheduled appointment was 2pm I was out by 2:20. The instillation was quick and absolutely perfect. Would highly recommend Auto Glass Now at a competitor I had to wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment. I only had to wait 2 days for an appointment. Very affordable service and they accept ZIP which made it less of an unexpected financial burden.

I recently used Auto glass now Mesquite location for replacement of my 2017 Honda Odyssey sliding door window, and I was thoroughly impressed! windshield got cracked, Just a chip at first then I guess between the air conditioner and the heat outside the crack was all the way across my windshield the next day so I called this place and they said yes they have a windshield for my car with the heater in it the next day they had me in and out about 2:00 this place was amazing I dropped my car off went to lunch came back it was ready Good job they even transferred my stickers in my toll tag over to the new windshield The new windshield is beautiful Good job guys thank you

Awesome experience!! They replaced the windshield on my 1987 Jeep Comanche. They also put a rubber strip around the windshield so I could leave off the metal trim. Evan worked hard to help me find a windshield and E.J. did an amazing job installing it. He took extra care to clean and prime the rust and to make sure everything looked perfect. He even adjusted my wipers so they would sit perfectly on the new windshield! Price was very reasonable and they started on it immediately and were really quick.

I needed a full windshield replacement on my SUV and it was done in less than an hour. They confirmed that no calibration was needed, which also saved me hundreds. Scheduling was easy and the cost beat out nearby competitors (I also got an additional $50 off from a promotion they had). EJ provided professional and friendly service. Excellent customer service from start to finish! The waiting area was also comfortable while the job got done. Highly recommended overall.

The guys came to my house to do the install. It was raining, so they did the replacement in my garage. They are very good at what they do. They had the old windshield off in probably less than 10 minutes. They got everything cleaned up really good. They had to replace the gasket for my rain sensor. Had the new windshield reinstalled perfectly. The entire thing maybe took no longer than 40 minutes. They did a perfect job.

Buyer beware. Great pricing but remote install leaves the client without communication from vendor. No prior day text to confirm appt, no communication day of letting customer know where in the que they are, and calling to main number for a location is rerouted to another location and they have to text the site manager to get information. Pricing is good but service is not. Buyer beware.

Excellent service, fast and professional with a great price!!! My appointment was at 4pm and because of horrible traffic I made it to them at 4:57pm and I was like I know I may have to reschedule but Camron and the technician took my vehicle in anyway and completely the task. Called 2 weeks in advance to have my windshield ordered. The manager of the facility was awesome stayed in touch with me. Made my appointment by 8:00 walked in super clean facility. Windshield was replaced within an hour very clean very nice job. The manager and the service tech in the shop are super awesome people. Once again thanks for your service

They did a very good job installing my windshield, but after 1026.00$ later they explained the warranty that I paid for and it's total bs,if my windshield gets hit by a rock or anything it's not covered, it has to crack on its own to be covered. Wish I would have known before,you got my money. But I learned a lesson. Well played.
