They were very easy to schedule with and. the technician texted me within my time window about 20 minutes before arriving. He came out and installed the windshield within about 1 1/2 hours and after he installed the windshield, he realized that there had been some warping to the glass that wasn’t very noticeable before installing. He walked me through the process of scheduling to come back the following week to replace at no cost. He came back the following week and replaced the windshield again with a pre-inspected windshield. Saul was really great and efficient and professional. It was a great experience overall, even with having to have the windshield replaced the following week.

This was our first time dealing with this company, referred to us by Cadillac agency. Benjamin was prompt and very professional & efficient fixing our back glass door. Also, he came to our place and fixed it here for free instead of us going to one of their branches, which is over an hour away, for which we were very grateful! It was very reasonably priced service. Very professional and easy to get my appointment scheduled. They did everything for me while I was at work and came to my location. It made it way less stressful for me, and Saul (the installation king) was efficient and walked me through the process. He even explained the lifetime warranty and what was covered under it. Excellent service and attention to detail! They went out of their way to make sure my windshield was the correct one for my car- my model had 2 types and it wasn’t clear which one they needed. They tracked down my info from the dealer to insure they had the correct one. Definitely recommend these guys.

I got a side window replaced in a Ford Expedition. He used OEM Ford parts and his price was 20% less than Safelite and 50% less than another place nearby that I called. He did a great job. I’ll use them again if I ever need auto glass. Thank you!
