0 STAR OR NEGATIVE STAR This people have wasted my two-three weeks. i was following up every day 2-3 time and they were saying we will give you call back with update. they never gave me call with update. i tired of calling and then called after three days to check what's going on? Lady said let me check with co-ordinate and they said we have all work orders. no one had gave me updates and they had not even ordered the windshield. They knew windshield is going to take another 5 day to get there. i even tried to talk to Manager they were keep saying Manager will give call in little bit. Manager never called and i got so mad i insisted to talk to manager and Manager(SALLY) started laying on call and she said we are cancelling all your work orders and i don't care how much time you have wasted on us. they have block my number

The team did a windshield replacement on my Chevy Trax. They gave an upfront estimate of the work on the phone, worked with me to schedule an appointment, and handled the work at the shop within a couple of hours without a problem. When I came back later to ask for a double-check about some noise I was hearing (warranty work), they were able to verify that the windshield was safe to use. They also repeated that they'd be glad to do a replacement for me free of charge if additional concerns popped up. Overall, the team at Platinum Auto Glass respected my time, my budget, and their own warranty. I would absolutely go back to Platinum for any additional work.

Great customer service and support. Easy to communicate with and very professional work service on my Scion car. Highly recommend to anyone needing a new windshield or any other options of service to their vehicles windows. Brad was a true professional and his tips and knowledge of car window repair was quite impressive. Glad I found this shop. Right from the initial phone call from Sonia they made me feel valued. Very friendly and helpful. Then in the shop, the same thing. Felt appreciated and made to feel at home while the work was being done. Near as I can tell the quality is first class using original Ford parts and it was done in 1/2 the time. Price was competitive but I go out of my way anyway to support a local, family owned business. Exceptional customer service wins me over every time because I know that they have my back if something should happen down the road. Stuff happens, that's life.

My experience was excellent with Platinum Auto Glass. I had a double hit chip (2 side by side chips) in my front windshield. When I called to make an appointment, Sonja asked me to send photos and then told me what they could do. I set an appointment to go to their shop, and when I got there I was greeted warmly and my car was taken to the garage within 5 minutes. 20 minutes later the chip was repaired and my grand total was $54! The actual replacement was completed much faster than expected. This made me skeptical the job was rushed and something would go wrong. In fairness, when my ADAS did not hardly register any alerts in the couple of days after the replacement, I was nervous something was wrong. Then after driving more miles, the ADAS began registering normally as with my previous OEM windshield. I'm quite satisfied with Platinum Auto Glass and am optimistic the windshield will last a long while.

Incredible attention to details, and the needs of the customer. Replacement glass was performed exactly as needed and truly a lot better price than I could envision. My son (owner of the vehicle) was away at a US Army training school and the offered 20% discount for military and first responders was really appreciated. Had an excellent experience with Platinum Auto Glass! The entire staff, from scheduling my appointment to completing the service, was incredibly pleasant, warm, and polite. The process, from check-in to being notified that the tech was bringing my car around, took a mere 20-30 minutes tops. I didn't even have time to finish my coffee! 😆 ☕ The service was swift, the staff was delightful, and the prices were reasonable. Big thanks to Platinum Auto Glass for a job well done!

Sadly for me had two repaired cracks in short succession. Both times they were awesome to work with, professional and were quick to correct an issue. Things happen and the way this company handled it showed what stand up business they are. 100% would recommend. Have to take my wife’s car into them shortly. By the end of March, it will be 3 repairs in 1 month from rock chips. Not the closest to my house, but will use them every time going forward.

Wow! Very fast service! The waiting area is very nice. Unlike other places I have been. They greeted me with a smile and immediately got to work. It is probably the nicest small waiting area I have ever been in. There was music playing, they offered me water, very comfortable seating area, awards everywhere on the wall along with a glass cabinet, displaying their accomplishments. An all around first class operation. You won't be disappointed.
