Professional, Punctual, Pride in their Work, Perfection! The customer service was top-notch, from getting the estimate, booking the appointment, communication, and then completing the work on-time and with high quality. My son busted the windshield with a basketball, pretty sure the 107 degree heat outside contributed, but Windshields R Us made it no big deal. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family. Please support this company, because they are one of the few today that provide high quality work and excellent service with prices that are more than fair. Will only use this company, going forward, for my family vehicles’ windshield repair. Appreciate it guys!

I have a jeep gladiator and the windshield happens to me more straight up and down than a typical windshield. Unfortunately it is more susceptible to cracking and breaking. I’ve gone through insurance twice with a $500 deductible and then spoke with my chiropractor Jarrett Armstrong, he said use Windshields R Us in Keller, Texas. $288 out the door, amazing! I had a brand new window in 45 minutes. My car is probably cleaner than when I dropped it off. You can definitely tell the pride and professionalism of the technician. Eric Ramirez did a great job and hopefully I don’t have to come back and see him soon, but if need be, I will. Great service!!!

Price was right but they blew us off on their appointment day and came the next. Don't tell me you showed up and we weren't there when there's a ring camera tracking the front door. Otherwise the service was professional and competent. The roofline had been damaged on the car by hood inversion so the new glass couldn't be installed completely until that was straightened, but that wasn't their fault at all

I contacted them thru their website and it was easy and hassle free to get an estimate to change my windshield. Communication was good and clear. The appointment was fast, they gave me an appointment for the following day. My windshield looks great! The people working there were nice. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of their place. It's nice to sit and wait in a clean area.

Site says the first chip repair is free but it isn't. Then they came and saw it was chipped and began their work. Moments later they came to the door to tell me the windshield was now cracked but at least it would be no charge and if I wanted to I could book time to get a windshield replaced <_<... wow. I wanted the chip repaired precisely to avoid that. This feels extremely bad.

My chip was a nickel size max and didn’t really change much at all after the repair, basically looked the exact same. I still paid and all but I think like if they run the job and it doesn’t change much at all, they should cut the price. Just me though. All in all a waste of 100$ I think. The tech was a nice guy, this isn’t on him, thanks to bro for coming out

Great Service. Mr. Darren Libby has been replacing windshields for 25 years and it showed. He methodically removed the glass, he was super neat with his work, kept the whole process clean. He properly sealed around the opening before placing the glass! And he was very friendly! Definitely would recommend this company if they hire pros like Mr. Libby!

Called and they were very flexible with scheduling to fit me in due to my crazy schedule. Razz was my technician and his customer service was phenomenal! He told me what the issue was with my windshield and didn't try to pull a fast one and get me to pay for something I didn’t need. Will recommend for anyone who wants an honest and reliable company!

Razz was phenomenal! I spoke to the scheduling admin who was able to get me on the calendar for same day! The price for a fix at the shop was the exact same price for the team to come to me. Razz was timely and professional. The payment system is easy, which I appreciate. I feel confident that the chip in my windshield will not be a concern anymore
