I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a windshield replacement and wants it done at a good, fair price. It was an easy process. I dropped my car off after work and the next afternoon it was ready to go. I came and picked it up and paid the amount agreed upon prior with ease. I always appreciate a business that doesn’t try to up sell any extras and is very transparent about pricing upfront. Henry, the owner, is very friendly and made me feel well taken care of. After letting him know I’d be there soon to pick up my car he was thoughtful enough to have my car up front with the AC going on a 100°+ day. The other team member I spoke with briefly both days came off knowledgeable and nice. My boyfriend’s brother and his dad have come to this shop for windshield replacement within the last 5 months and were both satisfied with the service as well. Brandy went over and beyond to find the correct windshield since there’s 5 different versions for the year of my car. She was very prompt in calling me back and scheduling my appointment. Service was fast, quality was excellent, and cost was lower than other companies. Not only do they offer life time warranty, but also rock chip repairs on my new windshield. I will definitely come here for all my car needs. Thanks Brandy for taking care of me! UPDATE: About a month later, I got two rock chips at the same time. I called Brandy right away and she told me drive straight to the shop. Tye repaired both rock chips under warranty right away, saving me the cost of a brand new windshield. I can’t thank them enough for taking care of me. What a great team!

There was damage done to my car by the shop after getting my sunroof replaced after the hailstorm in 2023. After the initial work was done, I noticed a small hole in my seat that was not there before, and the sunroof was no longer functional. I brought it back a second time for them to fix it, and noticed that the hole had become a full-on rip and puncture. I did want to give them a chance to address it, they were nice enough during the initial work. I had taken thorough amounts of pictures of my vehicle before bringing it in because of my insurance. And had taken a picture immediately after the first and second pick up. Showing the damage they caused. They insist that it's not their problem, they don't care what proof I have, and they're not going to fix it. My seats are now ripped up, there's smudge stains and broken glass throughout.

Highly recommend such an amazing people from Mr. Henery to work with very friendly staff was very sweet my 2015 Nissan Rouge rear view mirror finally broke and I called around to other glass repair business with no success and when I called Low Price spoke with Brandy she was so helpful. I mentioned to her that I had purchased a rear view mirror from Amazon and was looking for a auto glass place to install. Well the Amazon mirror didn't workout for me called the next day to let Brandy know that the mirror was not working for me and asked if they could order me the another mirror, with a few questions on inches of the mirror she called back within an hour and I had the new mirror install the same day. We had a back window which needed repair. Having called several companies, I was finding they either had appointments in several weeks or were quite expensive or would need several days to order the correct window. As we were only planning on being in the Austin area for a few weeks and needed our car safely locked, finding a cost affordable and quick solution was needed. Calling Low Price Auto Glass we received a quote that was almost half of what the GMC recommended dealer quoted! We got an appointment for the following day. When we arrived, our truck was promptly serviced in a minimum amount of time for a fair price. I would recommend Low Price Auto Glass for any glass replacement. They are fair and attentive to customer's needs

I felt very welcomed as soon as I arrived at the place. Henry is a super hard worker, attended me very well, and is a perfectionist. Baron is a charming dog that loves the attention. Employees took good care of my vehicle, very informative and detailed with things. I went it in for a windshield repair because the crack was increasing on its size. It did not take long as I thought, they got me in and out with impressing quick service. While I was waiting, Henry and I talked a lot, and he is very humorous guy, has a lot of jokes that made me laugh. I highly recommend this place for anyone in Austin area. The first experience I had was above expectations. Henry's friendly staff took care of our car with fast and quality service at an exceptional price value. Awesome owner! Great customer service! Did my rear windshield at an amazing price. Very professional installation. Cleaned up very well and made sure to ask anything he was not sure on. I.e. if he could get in the bed of my truck to better remove and install. I know it's not huge but that little bit of respect went a long way. Did an amazing job. I had a Great Experience with this shop walked in and was Greeted by Brandi who was super friendly and knowledgeable about all aspects of windshield repair after she got my info down she handled off my keys to the tech and about 10-15 minutes later I was done and you can't even see where the chip was i was so happy I went back inside and gave Brandi 20 bucks to give the tech to buy him some lunch,Anyways look no further for any of your windshield needs this is the place to go Hands Down..... oh and did I say they beat any competitor's price cause they do!!!
