Hello, I just wanted to share my very bad experience with Hurst office. I needed to replace a windshield on 2015 CRV. I found this company on the web, and contacted the Fort Worth office. They gave me an estimate. Then I found Hurst office. Since it is closer to my house, I call that office. The lady in the office asked me for the VIN, and informed me that my car has sensors in the windshield. However it was not correct. So, next day I stopped by the Hurst office, and the technician verified that car has simple windshield. So I scheduled an appointment for 8am this morning. I had to rearrange my work schedule, so I can complete repairs. When I arrived, the office manager informed me that she made a mistake, and scheduled me to the Fort Worth store. However, she offered to go to the warehouse to get the windshield. And because all these delay, I had to rearrange my schedule further. 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment time store manager returned with the part. Techs took my car inside, and, according to the information from one of the techs, they started to examine the glass. 20 minutes later I was informed that the glass has cracks. So, I wasted hour and a half of my time just to find out that they didn't do their job appropriately. So I left, and will never patronize this company again. Originally my decision was based on the customer reviews, and the quote they gave me. However now I will go to more reputable company with better customer service.

I recommend if you love your windshield and hate the paint on your car. I took my 2017 Escape here on 11/14 and they replaced the windshield in an hour. I paid, and drove it home where it sat all day. Today, my wife pointed out all the chipped paint from the install. I called the supervisor who told me to bring it back so they could see it. When I brought it back they blamed it on flaky paint that came off during the install. I asked them why they didn't tell me about it yesterday and they admitted they didn't know why they didn't say anything, or make a record that the paint was flaking off during install, but they said they were not going to make it right. They can't prove the paint was flaking during install, and I can't prove it wasn't (it's a 6yo car with no rust or damage in the area). All I know is it had paint before the install and was missing paint after the install and no one said a word about it. So, what can you do to a deceitful business who already has your money but leave a bad review.

Was told it would be a 4-6 hour repair. After 7.5 hours i started calling for a status update. It took 30 mins to even get someone at the location on the phone to tell me that they needed 2 more hours to finish it. I told them i couldn't wait that long and would pick it up in the morning. I then drove to the shop to get something out of my truck that i needed and walked in to see that they had not even started on my truck. So “2 more hours” was just not an honest response. It was not completed until after lunch the following day. My experience was not a good one. I understand things come up and schedules get messed up but not being truthful about the real situation was why this is 1-Star. I wont use them again.

My windshield was attacked by an object during a thunderstorm! I know these things happen, but in all my years driving I personally have never experienced it. I contacted Safelight and they wanted to replace the entire windshield. I'm so glad I decided to get a second opinion. The impact caused a nickle sized chip and I wanted to repair it before it spreaded. Auto Repair Now repaired the chip in about 20 minutes and saved me over $200 by not replacing the whole windshield. The chip is still visible, but it won't spread and looks much smaller than it was. I'm satisfied.

Great experience from start to finish. Our windshield was heavily damaged by baseball sized hail a few weeks ago and needed to be replaced badly. We called so many places who wanted an astronomical amount for a replacement. Trey with Auto Glass Now was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Very kind and informative and got us in the very next day. We walked to Cafe Medi next door and within an hour, had a brand new windshield! Top notch service at an affordable price.

Shopping around they were the best price, but also, they were friendly and courteous and got me in quick. They worked really well with my schedule which was so nice of them. I got there a little early, but the ladies in the front were very nice and kind and the whole process was easy and smooth. This was the first time I’ve ever in my life had to get my windshield replaced or fixed and it was the best experience! 10 out of 10 recommending this place!

I came by at ten minutes of closing on Wednesday afternoon and the lady up front was so gracious. I didn't have an appointment (I had called and talked with them) so she had not availability for the next day but said if I left the car she'd try to get it in to the shop by 4pm. The next day, they texted at 3pm and said it was fixed! They did a perfect job and were so pleasant and kind to work with. I won't go anywhere else now.

Had a chip in my windshield that needed filling. Called and they were able to fit me in same day. Originally they asked if I could be there within 30 minutes before the tech left. I told them I would be cutting it really close and they told me that wasn’t a problem, they’d wait. Got me in and out quickly and everyone was kind and professional. I really appreciate the customer service that says “we will help you”
