Westerland Auto Glass Repair

I recently had my Tesla windshield replaced by this company. Unfortunately, during the installation, the driver-side mirror trim plate was broken. What disappointed me most wasn’t the damage itself, but the response from the installer — he claimed it was already broken, which is simply not true. The car is only 6 months old and in perfect condition with no prior damage in that area. What made things worse is that black silicone was applied to the broken piece, clearly an attempt to cover it up. Rather than being upfront about the mistake, the installer chose to deny it and pass the blame. To resolve the issue, I had the cost of the part deducted from the total invoice, but I’m now left having to order and install the part myself. While I might have recommended this company based on the work alone, the dishonesty from the technician makes it impossible for me to do so.

My son's car was broken into, and a passenger window was broken, I did an internet search for Auto glass repair and Westerland popped up, I called and spoke with Stephen. He asked for my car info and quickly committed to replacing my window that same day. Unfortunately, I missed my scheduled appointment. I called Stephen to apologize, and he promptly rescheduled for later the same day. Not only did Stephen return, but he also replaced the window in less than 15 minutes. I've no complaints. Both the service and price were very acceptable. I will definitely refer Stephen and Westerland Auto glass to anyone in need of their services. Bravo!!!!!!

Called Westerland Auto Glass Repair at 7:30am as someone broke into our truck overnight at the Marriott Courtyard off Park Row Dr. Westerland was quick to answer the phone and had our truck window fixed by 9:30am! Definitely would recommend! He was also able to help fellow neighbors as they had also got their vehicle broken into as well! 10/10

Requested a quote online around 8PM on Friday and received a call within minutes and was able to schedule my appointment for first thing the next morning. Price quoted was almost half of what Safelite was trying to charge. Came directly to me and repaired my broken window within 30 minutes of arriving. Highly recommend!
