I have had several windshields replaced here. They are always nice and very professional. No complaints here. Will always come back. Ok I posted this review as soon as I got in my truck. After I left there was wind coming in the cab. I called and was told to come back and I did. On the way back I got a stress crack in the windshield. I noticed my cowl was loose and was told they did not remove the cowl. I brought my truck back to get the windshield redone. No wind coming in and no stress cracks so far. There was sealant on my hood and I got it off but noticed I had sealant on mycowl end caps and my cowl was more loose and not fitting right. So they broke the tabs off the end caps and used the sealant to put it back on! I am sure tabs are broken on the cowl which is why it’s popped up off of the windshield. They had to mess with the cowl! I am not happy and probably will have to replace the cowl. I will definitely have to get a new end cap.

I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about the hazardous experiences I had with this business. They use low-quality windshields from China, which I unfortunately discovered after making the mistake of patronizing them. As shown in the attached pictures and videos, the windshield had severe distortion and scratches. Every time I drove, the glass made alarming popping and cracking noises, making it dangerous to drive. The manager is unprofessional and prioritizes profits over customer safety. While they may charge slightly less than others, the subpar quality and service are not worth the risk. I ultimately had to replace their defective windshield with a new one from a reputable shop, where professionals were appalled by the poor installation and distortion. This place's incompetence cost me valuable time and money. Avoid them at all costs!

I would not take my car here!!! Don't let the reviews fool you. Not only did this place do a bad job no one else wants to even mess with removing the windshield because I now need to replace all my moldings and the panel by the wiper blades. They used so much glue then what was needed. It cost me more money to fix what they messed up then what they charge at this place! Save yourself the headache and go to a professional place. Not only do I still hear noise coming through the windshield but the moldings are costing me an extra $230. I also went back twice so they can try and fix it but all they did is waste an hour of my time to add more glue. Bad place to do business with and I would not recommend to anyone. I have uploaded pictures of where they missed 12 inches of glue to secure the windshield! I reported this place to the bbb because they messed up my cowl molding and they also glued my headliner.

I have went to Uni glass on two separate occasions and had a great experience both times. They are very respectful, professional, and also very considerate of your time. Their prices are very reasonable. They worked very quickly and their quality of work was great! Will definitely continue to use them for any of my window repairs. Awesome service! I needed a new windshield for my Jeep; sent them a message on Saturday and they replied almost right away, confirming the cost and that they had the right windshield in stock. Went in on Monday afternoon, they were done in under an hour. Perfect service and a very pleased customer, will definitely look to them if I need another windshield (er, when, it's a Jeep) . UPDATE: I called the location that installed it and told them I was calling to talk to whoever responded here a d they said they didnt so it must be the owner. Said they would send him my number. I never heard anything back. Seems they responded to look good on here, but that's it! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I have taken multiple vehicles here over the years and have never had any complaints until now. I took the blue tape off today after the 24 hours only to find the installer had scratched and dented my frame next to the windshield.

I was quoted $437 by Safelite to repair my window then I called uni glass they quoted me 188. I couldn't believe it yeah it was a little out of the way but it saved me a couple of hundred bucks. They were very friendly and very fast at getting it done I might have waited 15 minutes at the most and I was gone. I recommend these people for anyone needing mobile glass in your vehicles they have the best prices they do good work highly recommend them

It has been said, “you can have cheap and fast or quality work but you can’t have all 3.” However, in the case of uniglass, you absolutely can get quality work cheap and fast. All of ours have requires same day drop-in service and they did the work in an hour or less. We have had 2 windshields and a rear passenger window replaced all at half the cost of most other locations in Houston. Don’t let their location stop you, they are worth the drive.

I had a deductible of a 1000$ with my insurance. I was look at paying 532$ for a windshield replacement. I googled this business and it was 15 minutes away from my home. Drove there at 9:00 am, left at 10:00am. I paid 200$ less than what the insurance we’re charging. They were polite and welcoming. The waiting lobby was clean and warm.
