S Delta Auto Glass

I had to come here under negative circumstances. My sister and a few Co workers had their cars broken into. This location was recommended for being cheap and efficient. I'm not 100% sure about the cheap part but they were fairly efficient. For a 2016 charger they charged $150 cash to replace and tint the window. If you pay with card, it's a few extra dollars. As stated prior this location was recommended to all victims of theft at my sister's job. So they had about 5-7 customers who needed window repairs. The reason I rated them 5 stars is due to their professional. It took about an hour thirty minutes for everything. They didn't have the window onsite which was annoying because we called about 40 minutes before arriving at their shop, but it's understandable. (We could have changed our minds and they would have been at a disadvantage.) Even with them going out to get the windows for my sister and a couple other customers, and installation she was in and out in about an hour and thirty minutes. The window looks amazing, the service was quick, and the staff was helpful. Hopefully I don't have to come back here, but if I do I'm expecting a similar experience.

This has been long overdue. we came here sometime back in April. I don't usually do reviews, but this place deserved a shout-out and heartfelt thank you! I don't know the name of the elderly man who spoke to us on the phone but God blessed him heavily for his character and patience 🙏❤️ my Mom's Kia dealership was offering something more expensive, and other places were charging more as well. But immediately we came on google maps looking and checking for other places with something less pricey S Delta Auto Glass came to the rescue and aid and gave us something a lot less than the dealership and other autoglass repair places and not only that he was so kind, calm and very helpful!!! And we will be coming for future repairs if any arise, and I will HIGHLY recommend S Delta to others as well.You all NEVER change who you are, keep being honest, respectful, and a business full of honor and integrity.

Hi, My rear view mirror detached so I went there to have them fix it. The lady on the reception told me we are charging 40$ for that. I said alright go ahead. After a while a technician came, said we are not doing this on 40$. The ADAS plastic cover is also detached with the rear view mirror so you will pay 100$. I asked if he could do it on 80$. He replied very rudely “you are not gonna give me the price I will give you the price if you like it ok, no, do it yourself” I was very upset on his response and left. I went straight to AFFORDABLE AUTO GLASS. They were very polite and easy going . The receptionist David said, we will do it on 15$. We will reattached rear view mirror and will perfectly glue the ADAS plastic cover. I am really impressed from the “Affordable Auto Glass” business. Just ask them for the quote before wasting your money in Delta auto glass and get humiliation.

I went here last year to replace my 2 door window s cuz it was broken into and they did a very good job and the price was around my budget. Same thing happened this time around, I got a really nasty crack from driving on the freeway. I called and it was Hugo (again) who helped me and also gave me a good price. He got me a quick quote and when I came for my appointment I was in & out very quickly. He was very tentative to my car as well as the other customers waiting. The cool thing about their place is that they have a huge monitor in the lobby where you can watch the technicians work on your car. If you call ask for him or any one of the ladies can help you. BE AWARE ❌❌ This is my first and also my last time. I was at the shop today at 10am and I had waited until 4pm to get my car tinted. After the service, I saw that my car paint had a REALLY BIG chipped as the picture. I told the man that my car didn’t look like that when I arrive, but he told me that he was the one drove my car into the place to get the service and he already saw the chipped . I did not want to argue with him because I had waited almost 5 hours, that make me super tired. So I just go back home to check my camera and I saw that my car didn’t chip before I got the service. I called him back and told him that he can check the camera at the shop to see that what happened to my car. But they still didn’t respond for that.

Got my windshield replaced 11/13/2024 waiting on it to settle. Will see how it turns out in a few weeks so far its holding ok. They did give me a good quote others I called were charging over $700 because they had to “re calibrate a sensor”, S Delta did not say or need to do that. Thanks Frank. Called at 1pm asked them how quick they could do the job and what time I could come in. They said “you can drive up here now and it shouldn’t take longer than an hour” I was there 15 min later and I was out 40min after I got there. Very quick service. Will come back and update my ⭐️ rating once all seems cured and good to go. Will recommend others to this place and I will be bringing my cars in case of future glass repairs needed

Without a doubt the best place in Houston to get your windshields replaced. I've been a customer since 2014, and sent over friends and family too. They've always done a fantastic job as well as being very courteous. I especially wanted to thank Francisco, because I had asked him about another car when I got my windshield changed 3 weeks ago. He had quoted me around $250 for a Honda Accord. My son called today and the was quote higher. We understand that with inflation and parts increases, the price can change anytime. However, I spoke with Francisco and he remembered our conversation, and honored the $250 quote even after 3 weeks! THANK YOU THANK YOU, we really appreciate it!!!

Wow! what a company. From the moment I called S Delta Auto Glass, I was impress by the way Angie answer the company’s phone and the way she listen to get details of my pickup truck Windshield. She Immediately gave me an appointment. Also, Mario, the glass installer came and got me before any work started and he pointed out other issues that could be related to the broken windshield. Like scratches, etc. before starting any work. Mario is a pro and I’m happy to see a guy who loves his job. I was also thankful for this company I been coming to for 20 years. To get the “S” Glass” Super feeling, you must come to this company.. You will love the Services.

Truly great family business. I was caught in a freak hailstorm this past weekend in Austin. Golf ball-sized hails shattered my windshield. Managed to drive in back to Houston the next morning, arrived in Houston at 2 PM, squeezed in a last-minute appointment at 2:30 PM. Within a few hours, my father picked up the car for me and the work was effectively done! All for $245. (Other places quoted around $800-$1000.)
