I was originally supposed to have my windshield replaced here but Houston Platinum Collison Pro's said they would do it for me and botched the windshield installation, see before photos. So after that disaster I brought my car back here and they did a beautiful job! see the photos. I showed them pictures of my original windshield and the front desk guy said the replacement glass may have imperfections so I said "let me see the glass before you install it" and it looked fine. I believe aftermarket glass is better than dealership glass because you usually don't get chips and rock damage as much. Once they were done I swear it looked like a factory install. They even wore gloves to protect the white interior of my car during the install. Thank you for repairing a botched windshield install. These guys at Juan's Auto Glass are solid dudes. Super cheap and efficient! Called the other day expecting to probably pay at least 200, but only paid 120 for my 06 GMC Sierra's front windshield!!!! I couldn't believe it, had to call back the next day to verify, haha. When I arrived they took my truck back right away and told me give them an hour, yet they were done in like 30-40 minutes!! While my truck was back there they brought me back there to show me some rust on my window frame and explained the problems that could occur and that the rust didn't allow them to add a warranty, which is understandable, and I'm glad they showed me!! Waiting room leaves more ro be desired but it is an old building so not too surprising. For the cost and efficiency, I was blown away, thanks guys!!

The price is great but the workmanship has declined significantly. Had the windshield installed then had to go back again because air was getting in. They added more black glue and got it on the felt of the roof- it does not come off. And now that it’s raining one of the roof seals is leaking. I called they said to bring it back- again to make it right since it has warranty. I understand going back the first time but I shouldn’t have to go and wait for them to fix their mistakes for a third time. Was told they’d have to do it again and how do you make it right if a customer has to go back a 3rd time after the initial installation. Y’all used to be awesome years ago and I’m not sure what has happened.NegativeQuality, Value

I'm the president of my company and I sent out several vehicles to get their windows replaced at juans and all I can say is that they are top notch top grade service providers they are professional grade I would give Them a 100 stars if I could! Their staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they have the cheapest prices in town I scoured the Internet to get the best prices and everybody was 50 to 100% more expensive than this location plus they had a great attitude they treated me with respect. Thank you very much for that wonderful experience from the staff inside the office and the staff inside the shop they were 100% a grade profession Service.

Did good on window but he put key on top of my car without telling me I drove off and lost the key . Mexican who worked on my car was arguing w me didn’t even feel bad neither did he help me find key . Who put key on top of car and don’t tell the customer … Ended up finding key by myself then they refused to fix my other window today bc of the last incident . Bad management. Horrible management . It’s nasty in there and need to fix up inside . I truly recommend USA auto glass they are much cheaper and do good work also gets u in and out very fast .

So first off this place only takes cash but it’s well worth it. I set a timer from the moment they pulled my car in to the moment they pulled my car out and they replaced my windshield in under 19 MINUTES!!!! that’s wild but the guys were pretty cool and the windshield looks great! Jaun's was super good!!!! I called and got my quote beforehand and when I got there the young man started working on my vehicle within five minutes of my arrival. He took about 30-40 minutes and he was finished. I had a very pleasant conversation with the young lady behind the desk about window tinting and I plan to go back to get an estimate on getting my windows tinted. Jaun's Rocks!!!!!!!!

This place is the go to place when you need your auto glass replaced. I'm a repeat customer and they still do the same quality of work I had more than 6 years ago. Very affordable price and they can get you on the road within an hour. Mine took 40+mins and I'm happy with the outcome! They also got my registration sticker and my EZtag back on the windshield.
