Golden Auto glass

First time they replaced my charger windshield did good job but, Second time i called them to replace my f150 rear glass they replaced glass but did not vacuum broken glass from cabin. Also lied me don’t have vacuum. UPDATE - i am diesel mechanic with 6 years experience and you dealing with glass every day you should know better, Tempered auto glass never-never broke in big pieces. I also have contact with 3 different guys who replace semi trucks glass at my shop and they always clean broken glass from cabin and floor, if you read your reviews you also vacuum your customers cars but you just refuse to clean my pickup truck and also told me take it to car detailing or go to car wash you just vacuum. I clean it with my home vacuum after you go, i also have pictures and video i can upload, i just give you honest review. you should honestly accept it.

Golden contracted with a third party Beat Price to install the windshield. I noticed that the top of the dashboard reflected onto the aftermarket glass, an issue not present with the OEM polarized glass. The most annoying issue is that the head up display readout is now offset 5-10 degrees from the center of the driver's view, and the readout is slightly rotated clockwise. Golden claims that if it weren't centered, I would not see the display at all. Golden says that there is no problem that requires fixing.

I made a quick stop by the Dillards Outlet on HWY 6 and after shopping for 10 minutes I came out and found my window smashed and car cleaned out. Called Golden Auto Glass and they gave me a quick reasonable quote and a few text messages later he was heading to my house. They quickly replaced my window and cleaned up the broken glass for me. Payment was easy and off the went.i highly recommend Golden Auto Glass for all auto glass replacements!

I appreciate the support that we got from Golden Auto Team, to replace my damaged windshield. I called them and explained it’s an urgent condition and they had responded immediately, and they surprised me with their reasonable price, I was expecting to pay more because of urgency, but that’s not what happened. These guys came out today and replaced my windshield. My car battery had died and he even jumped it off for me before we moved my car to covered spots. Both the gentlemen that came out were very kind and quick with the work. The price is VERY REASONABLE. And they are mobile as well. All in all everything was done within the hour. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future!

Omar went above and beyond for me in getting my driver side window fixed. He helped locate and get the part that I was needing to have fixed. He drove to multiple locations and was able to have everything completed within 2 days whereas with other people I would have to wait 2 weeks to get fixed. He was super understanding and considerate about payment methods. 10/10 recommend

New passenger side window replaced in less than half the time quoted by others and at a reasonable price! Prompt, professional and polite! My Car was broken into last night. I requested a quote over the phone this morning and almost instantly got a response. The price was unbeatable! I was able to get in same day All forms of payment are accepted including Zelle, which helped since I didn’t have my card. It took about 30 minutes for the new window replacement.
