After seen Mr. Castillo replacing my neighbor car's rear window I texted him for a quote. I am glad I reached out for the replacement of the windshield of my car. He took the time to explained the whole process and the duration. As a customer I highly appreciate when my service provider goes above and beyond to answer all my questions. He replaced the winshield of my car in less than an hour. I was impressed how professional and detailed oriented he was while doing the job. He is courteous and after the replacement was done he provide instructions how to care of the replacement and even gave other recommendations to prevent or stop the spread of a windshield crack. Our first night in Houston our car window was smashed in at our hotel. We have to drive back to Florida and did not know how we would get it fixed in time. Luis did a awesome job! He actually came to my job to replace my windshield! I didn't have too sit in an auto shop waiting room, I got to chill in my office while he worked on my Honda Insight. I had a huge crack in my windshield. He was efficient, and the job was done in good time. He also preserved my EZ Tag, registration sticker and molding and transferred them over to the new windshield. I got a american made windshield for much lower price than the other companies. I highly recommend Castillo Auto Glass!

I woke up this morning to find my car window broken. I didnt know any places or anyone to replace it. Thankfully someone who lives in my apartments recommended me Luis. I called Luis he picked up right away, communicated properly and told be he could fix it around 9:30, he got there right on time 👍🏻👍🏻, fixed it quick and was very polite and explained everything to me.
