I would not recommend, please read this before you try their service. I went in for a basic passanger window replacement (manual crank). I set up an appoitnment easily enough and drove to their 1712 w dallas location after work during rush-hour and waited an hour and a half before I was told by their technician they ordered the wrong part but if i come back the next day he will make sure the part is good and work on it asap. None of the office staff came out to speak to me, just the tech. I said okay ill be there tomorrow after work, and i sent a followup text to the office confirming that i will be there tomorrow and if they can make i priority so i wont have to wait, i received a confirmation text. Next day I get off work and drive again in rush-hour i send a text advising that i will be there in about in 40, no confirmation text received. I get there and have to get the attention of office staff to check me in and they take my car back, im sitting there for an hour before anyone speaks to me, this time three office workers come to tell me that the window does not fit again, this time they offer to drive to my house and install the next day, Im desperate so I say okay. Today a worker comes and installs it in 10 minutes, im thinking why did they have me sit there for over an hour twice before anyone had the courtesy to advise me that the window does not fit. I try to speak to an office workers about discounting the price for all the inconvenice and she says the fact they drove to my home was the discount, as if i hadnt gone to their office there and back two times already. When i pointed out that they had me sit there for so long she advised its because they were cleaning everything, i pointed out that it was already clean and ready by the second time I went and thats when she told me they knew that the window did not fit the second time and no one came out to tell me because they were trying to see if they could order the correct one and only informed me an hour later once they knew it was not possible, not one person came to let me know there was an issue, they were really hoping to hide it. 6 hours of my life spent getting to their location, waiting, then leaving for her to tell me driving to your place was the only courtsey they were offering for all the inconvenience. I hope people read this and know not to go with their service, its not worth all the hassel. Please make sure to go with another shop.

I stopped by this auto glass shop after noticing it next to a coffee shop I frequent. My rearview mirror fell off, like the whole piece, including the metal attachment. I asked if they could fix it, and a female employee (name started with a “K,” I think) told me it’d be $30. She didn’t take my name, phone number, or any details, just swiped my card and said they’d take care of it. While I got coffee, they reattached the mirror, and I had to walk back in to check if it was ready. No updates, no follow-up, I had to ask and then they said “it’s done” once I’d been waiting for over an hr. Fast forward not even two months, and the mirror falls off again. I check it and realize they didn’t even properly reattach the metal button to the glass. I was able to inspect it bc of the way it fell off this time, they just slapped a chunk of glue on there. Total band-aid fix. I call to ask if they have the time to fix it bc I don’t want to inconvenience them by just walking in. The guy on the phone gives me grief because I don’t have a customer profile (no surprise bc they never took any info). I offer to bring the receipt, and he says fine. I show up about 45 min later and of course, that guy’s not there. The woman at the counter doesn’t acknowledge me until she finished her task, and when she finally checks, she also can’t find my info. I explained everything to her, then she admits she knows exactly which employee helped me (the first woman I dealt with). She says she is going to start me a profile, which is fine but I ask how they’re going to fix the issue. Her response? Another $30 to fix their mistake, and then if that doesn’t work, she says they can sell me a mirror? This is either laziness, incompetence, or just outright shady service. Either way, it’s not worth your time or money. I paid for a real fix and got a temporary patch that didn’t last 60 days. Spend your money somewhere that stands behind their work. This isn’t that place.

MY DOG WAS CUT BY THE GLASS SHARDS LEFT ON MY FLOOR!!! I have never had a windshield replaced before. So I didn’t know that glass shards would be on my floor when I got my car back. When my dog jumped in the car, she screamed and jumped back out. I am a professional dog trainer, so she knows never to just jump out of the car bc she’s trained not to do so. When she screamed and jumped out, I knew something was wrong. So I searched her body to see why she screamed and broke a boundary. That’s when I saw her knee was bleeding, that’s also when I saw glass on the floor of my car. I immediately text Leo/Leon to tell him what happened. I never received a response. The next day (Sunday), I call that location again, but they were closed so it automatically redirected me to a different location. Ivan answered. I told him what happened, he apologized and said that’s definitely not normally protocol. He also said that he’d share this w his boss. So with that being said, ONE STAR IS ALL THEY DESERVE! Update 10/11/25-I still haven’t heard anything from this review. More importantly, received an apology from an owner. I would never conduct my dog training business like this. I asked for a copy of the agreement to have proof of the warranty the phone receptionist told me I had. But I have nothing. I’m grateful for the windshield but this is NOT the service I expected. The owner wouldn’t expect this lackluster level of professionalism as a customer. Yet this owner allow their staff to give this crappy service to your clients and you don’t say anything about it to those who were inconvenienced? That’s cowardly. That’s not the way you treat the people who support your business.

I arrived before the shop opened as advised. The person at the front desk was kind and informative, and there were no issues with customer service initially. However, I drive an old Honda Civic and felt that my car was perhaps given lower priority compared to other, newer vehicles. I went to a coffee shop next door to wait for my vehicle, as I was told it would take about 2 hours. After more than an hour, I returned and noticed that my vehicle was still parked outside while other customers, who had arrived after me, were being attended to first. Despite arriving at 9 AM, I waited until 1:30 PM, watching every other customer receive their vehicle before me. When I inquired, I was informed that there had been an issue with the order of my windshield. However, I couldn't shake the feeling that my vehicle had been unfairly pushed to the back of the queue, even though I followed all the procedures and arrived on time. While the front desk staff was kind, the person managing the vehicles should be more fair and mindful of those who make appointments and arrive punctually. Due to this experience, I feel compelled to give this place a one-star rating.

Worst service and repair ever, first of all I called at 12:34 , was told it would be 4pm, at 4:40 still no one shows, I call them, (they never reached ot to me to let me know anything) they tell me their tech was running behind and it would be 5pm, nope, so at 6:15 he shows, finally, no uniform that shows he works for Atlas, he informs me he is subcontract, well he used no suction, spilled the windshield glue on my truck, did not use the blue light that is required to cure it or the proper film to cover the damage/ repair, and well guess what, it is not fixed. I now have to call another company to fix what he did not, after being charged $160.00 for his 5 minutes of an attempt at fixing the chip in my windshield. I am disputing the charge on my card, I have reached out to Atlas with no response from them at all. Photos of before and after, no fix, scotch tape stuck to my windshield. First photo is before the poor attempt to fix the windshield, second photo with scotch tape over repair that is now stuck to my windshield. As you can see the fix was lousy!!ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentOverpriced

I have used Atlas Auto twice now and both have been exceptional. Today is hard to gage good quality and honest work. Thankfully I came across them and was so happy with the results. In both cases I had a chip on my windshield. One on a Honda and other on my Tesla. I had set an appointment and when I reached they were already waiting for me in the office. A tech walked me out and inspected the vehicle and shared his thoughts and action plan. He then asked for the key and gave me a an estimated time of completion and informed me there was a place to sit inside or there was a nice local coffee shop around the corner (that was an added bonus). The quality of the work was great! They found me in the coffee shop and informed me they were completed and the car was ready. It has been about 3 years I got my Honda serviced and still have no problem to this day. The Tesla was just a week ago and everything has been great. Highly recommend and will definitely come back in the future for any auto glass problems!ServicesAuto windshield repairPrice assessmentGreat price

Needed a new windshield, called Atlas to make an appointment and made sure they had the windshield in stock. I go to my appointment, and they tell me it’s a two hour wait. Told the gentleman I would wait at the coffee shop next-door. 2 1/2 hours later they call me to tell me they don’t have the windshield. Why tell a customer that they have the windshield if they don’t? Why wait 2 1/2 hours later to tell the customer they don’t have it? The lady said she called me to tell me earlier, but I didn’t answer. She literally called me less than 5 min earlier than the second call I got from a different number. My husband had the same experience, but he was nice enough to go back anyway. This is 2x they did this! They will do what they can to get you in their shop and can’t complete the job. Would give them 0 stars if that was an option.

When I initially called they failed to inform me how long the wait is. I made an appointment as well. They didn't start on my car at that time. They seem really nice however theyre turnover time is absolutely horrible. It took almost 5 hours to get my windshield replaced. I met some great folks (customers) while waiting who also waited 5 -8 hrs for their windshield repairs. One gentleman sat and waited from 9am to 3pm for his car. Great price but you're going to wait for it.. very slow company. They're taking in to many customers and cant service them in a reasonable amount of time. 2 hrs or more for a windshield replacement is insane. And it appears most of the reviews are all complaining about the same thing. Would i could back? yes only for price but not the service

Really grateful for this shop. My car got broken into last night and this was the first shop I called and Ivan was so kind and helpful. Ivan offered me a discount which was so helpful especially around the holidays. It’s unfortunate that scumbags roam this earth but I’m glad I was to find this place, speak to Ivan and was taken great care of and given amazing service. Shoutout to the tech who replaced my window and for vacuuming all the glass out of my back seat. You’re the real MVP! All in all my visit was great and the service was A1 and I will totally recommend this place to anyone and I will surely be back for any window repair or maybe a tint if need be in the future. Thank you Ivan & window tech guy! Merry Christmas & Happy Holidays!

I want to give a huge thank you to Nick and Eric for their outstanding service! The windshield repair was completed without a hitch and in a very timely manner. They were incredibly professional, patient, and kind, and went above and beyond to help me out. It’s rare to encounter such genuine care, and I truly appreciate everything they did. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future window needs, and I’ll be telling everyone I know about the fantastic experience I had with them. If you’re looking for a team that is dedicated, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their customers, Nick and Eric are the ones to trust. Highly recommend!
