Edit: full disclosure, my sideview mirror for which Rick replaced the glass fell off of my car a few days later (the glass/plastic backing portion, not the entire sideview mirror, but obviously the effect was worse than if I'd kept driving with only the broken glass as I then had no mirror at all). Rick did offer to help with that and we texted back and forth for a few days trying to find a time. I was prepared to get the sideview mirror myself but I later heard from his girlfriend that he was in the hospital. I had to replace the entire sideview mirror myself. I offer Rick my utmost sympathies for his injuries. I was disappointed that I started with a sideview mirror (albeit with broken glass) and ended up without a sideview mirror entirely. That may not have been Rick's fault, and I got the impression he did not see it as his fault (I'm not experienced with cars), but perhaps speaks to a lack of experience in this repair area. I did not ever hear from Cole as a follow up who it's my understanding is his business partner but it's possible he was never informed about the incident. I am keeping 3 stars because the original service was prompt and likely there were extenuating circumstances but would be cautious if hiring them to fix your sideview mirror. Original: Rick was so helpful and didn’t even accept payment beyond the cost of my side view mirror itself because it is such a small job. That blew my mind as other glass repair places were going to charge $50+ for labor. It was totally unneeded on his part and I told him so but he stuck to it. I was very impressed. I totally recommend his services! He’s a really nice guy in addition to being reliable and providing great customer service.

Firstly, Rick, the owner was a super nice and honest guy. He responded to text messages promptly and even called me back to educate me about the glass and window business. For context, my rental car rear passenger window had been smashed on a Saturday night at my grandmother’s apartment. There are very few shops open on Sunday to fix this problem and even fewer with available inventory on a Sunday because the warehouse with glass is closed on Sundays. ARGH Sunday! Rick was very honest with me about all these details and was willing to match the cheaper price I found for Monday. He encouraged me to wait instead of paying the ridiculously upcharged price to go to another shop that had my glass available on Sunday. Monday morning comes and Rick sends over Cole to take care of my car window. Cole was professional and speedy. He made sure all the glass was cleaned from the car and had a new window installed within 30 minutes. Even faster than Rick promised! I’m grateful to have found such a great company in my search on a Sunday morning. I would highly recommend All Star Windshield Repair to anyone. They also can meet with you at your home/location if you prefer! I included before/after photos and a video after. Window works great!

My morning started out horrible when my car got broken into and my window was completely shattered. I had to get to work and didn’t think about the fact that it was about to start storming. At around 10-10:30 AM, I called All Star and they sent Cole out to fix my window. He called me very shortly after and let me know he was picking up the glass and he would give me his ETA. He got to my job at around 11:15 and was done fixing my window at 11:30. Cole was extremely efficient and kind and completely turned my morning around. Not to mention, he did the whole replacement in the pouring rain! I am immensely happy with my experience and plan on recommending All Star to anyone with any glass replacement needs! 10/10!!

Rick & Cole were awesome!! Recently moved into the city from the suburbs & immediately received two cracked windshields for both vehicles as a welcome gift. All roads led me to Rick with All Star-spoke briefly on the phone & the very next morning they seamlessly got both vehicles taken care of all before my wife & I had to head out to work. Cost was extremely fair & service was phenomenal. Also, they give a lifetime-warranty on any chips on either windshield so I’m sure that will come in handy. I was very impressed with this company. I asked for a quote and got a quick response from Rick the owner. Very honest and helpful regarding pricing while quoting me. The technician Cole came out to my place of residence the same morning . He was very good with communicating an eta to me and when he had arrived. He was very friendly and polite. He vacuumed up all the glass in my car. He even went above and beyond and vacuumed the entire vehicle for me. Good price, quick response and quality service for a stressful situation, I would highly recommend using this company!

I’ve reached out to All Star Windshield Repair before for a small chip, so I already knew they were solid—but they really came through recently when my girlfriend’s car window was smashed in. I called Rick and within 20 minutes, someone was at the car. Cole handled the repair fast—window was installed in about 10-15 minutes. He cleaned everything up thoroughly and even gave us a source to match the window tint. Super efficient, professional, and just good people. AMAZING! Please bring your business here! Rick and Cole were amazing in helping me get my entire windshield replaced. They made me feel VERY valued as a customer. From the second I called them, I was treated as if they knew me for years. Any questions or concerns I had, they answered honestly and explained thoroughly. Rick and his team are absolutely amazing. I called around after my brand new Kia’s hatch window completely shattered. Not only was he the fairest price, he was also very kind, responsive, and knowledgeable. He knew he couldn’t get to it over the weekend and sent me some other companies to call into, however I am so glad we stuck with him. He fixed the window (without problems), let me know the aftercare, and cleaned up in and around my car. I will never go to another guy for any window needs ever again. Thanks again Rick!!
