All Discount Auto Glass

These guys are a joke, I called one morning explaining I have a 10 year old ford SUV and I needed the rear hatch glass replaced. they quoted me a price and said it would take a hour to repair. I showed up at10a. Waited patiently for a couple hours then the owner tells me they cant get the rear wiper off to remove the glass. They suggested I go to a mechanic shop to get the wiper off. Went to a shop the guy told me he would take off the wiper for $35 But I would need a special tool that I would need to rent from the local auto parts store. So I go and rent the tool for $40 and brought it back to the mechanic shop. Guess what that guy who told me to rent the tool was gone. So now I'm stuck there trying to figure out how this tool is to get my rear wiper off. One guy who worked there seen my frustration and came to lend a hand. Tell me why this guy took off the wiper with his bear hands didn't even use the tool I just rented an on top of that no charge! He didn't speak English but I know he was a blessing in disguise. Now its 1 pm and I go back to the glass repair shop and I sit and wait. Around 3 I wake up and check on the progress of my car and the broken glass is still sitting in the car, I say to the owner what is taking so long? He tells me there are 4 bolts holding the glass in and it requires a special tool to remove. Now I'm on the phone with my wife because she wondering why been gone all day! Needless to say the owner brings my keys around 4p and says they cant finish the job. Now I feel defeated at this point. So I leave there and went across the street and those guys put in a new glass in a hour no issues.

I was extremely disappointed with this business. I have called 3 different times before going and my “appointment” kept getting deleted some how. I get there to get my door window replaced and the lady at the front argued with me that I did not have a appointment after calling 30 minutes before to confirm my appointment. After 30 minutes of arguing with me they told me the cost would be $200 after telling me the day before it would $110. They then took my car to the back and broke the door handle off of my driver side and the man then cussed me out when I asked him how he did that. They then call me back after an hour of them having my car and told me they went togo put the new window in and broke the new glass. I wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!! i recently gotten my windshield replaced and the guy put the new one on crooked (meaning it's not even) because when I close my door the windshield sits more to the passenger side and it's a nice size gap between the door where the weatherstrip meet the trim of the windshield. I told the head guy and he was like it's no problem, but my problem is it wasn't like that before. on top of that now my car has puddles on my driver and passenger side when it rains because they broke the clips to the cover under the wipers. they are so dirty they tried to say it's not the windshield so it's not on them. my thing is you have to remove the cover to get to the windshield, that's when they broke it because my car wasn't leaking before...All I had was a cracked windshield before I went, not a leaking one

Fantastic! It is worth driving across town to get your car glass replaced at this place. Fast - 47 minutes to replace a side window in my Toyota. Friendly - the guy at the front desk was courteous and willing to answer all of my questions about his glass suppliers. Quality Work - the power window worked just like it was new. Comparison to Competitor (same day) My first call: American Auto Glass 1401 Yale St Houston, TX 77008 Not Fast - The could not do the work until the next day and they needed the car all day. Not friendly - the lady at the front desk was not friendly. And, this place wanted $40 more to do the same job. Very MINOR Negative AAA Discount Auto Glass did not do a very thorough job vacuuming the easy to reach glass in the interior of the car. But, it was easy for me to do this and only took 5 minutes.

Busted up the cowl or plastic tray at the bottom of my windshield under the wipers when they replaced the windshield. Once done I brought it to their attention and they basically tossed me out the front door denying any wrong doing. I had just bought this car just an hour before and had gone over the car with a fi e tooth comb. Only damage was the windshield. Was told it was old and gonna fall apart anyway. I ended up getting the part my self. Good thing it only cost me 50 $. Would of been nothing for the glass shop to cover but instead I guess they needed this bad review and the loss of my business from this point forward.

I've had the bad luck of my car being broken into twice in 3 months. The first time I was so flustered on what to do after I googled every auto glass shop, and couldn't find anything under $200. I randomly saw AAA discount auto glass on my way to work and made a u-turn. The men there were so helpful and professional. They had it completed in under an hour and vaccumed all the glass out, with no remnants left. The second time, I felt like an old pro. They again, had my window fixed in about 40 mins and I was on my way to work. Both times the price was under $130. I highly recommend.

Worst service ever. I'm disgusted by their unethical and unprofessional behavior. I had my driver's side window replaced and the owner's son recommended that I have my motor replaced because he said that it would go out any minute. After my window stopped working (that same day), I had a family friend take a look at it and we were shocked by what was found. My window was being held up by wood and screws! Yes, wood and screws! I'm outraged! I will be looking into what legal actions can be taken in regards to this matter. I HIGHLY recommend avoiding this company.

Replaced my windshield and scratched 2/3 of the paint going down the top of my windshield (zoom in on picture). When I told the owner, he tried to say it was from the previous windshield (the stock windshield), which is ridiculous and made up more stories. Also wiped extra silicone all the way down the top of my truck. Only offered a $40 refund of the $185 service, and then canceled the refund when I left. About to take them to small claims court. GRIMY OWNERSHIP. You get what you pay for.

I made an appointment with them to replace my windshield. They did a great job. I saved money taking my car to them, and the wait was not bad considering that it can take as long at a mechanic just for an oil change (if you don't go to Take 5). They were very professional, and I was in and out in less than an hour. I would not say the same for someone without an appointment, but the price does make up for it.

This facility doesn't have a bathroom for customers when asked I was directed to the garage being baffled I went it wasn't fit for any human and with my repair there was a two hour wait thankfully they couldn't do the job but when he directed me to the garage for restroom I knew I would not support this business on top of that to see the condition of it show's he had no regard for his customers.
