All About Auto Glass

My truck got broken into so I called Safelite. They tried to charge me $350 for my door glass. A buddy told me about Lee and All About Auto Glass. I called him and he showed up that same afternoon and his quote was under $200. He saved me a good amount of money and was quick and professional. I will definitely be referring anyone I know that needs auto glass to Lee!! Thanks again Lee! Yall saved the day.

My window needed immediate repair & I got Lee's number from Google. I've used All About Glass before & felt confident in them, That is until Lee confirmed he could help & last minute stated he had to order it and couldn't assist until the next day. I had to get this done tonight & cancelled with another company once Lee confirmed so him cancelling on me left me empty handed. I mentioned he should not confirm with customers unless he was 100% sure & i disconnected the call as we were not going to do business with each other. Lee then texted me stating i was rude & my glass probably got busted because of that. (it wasnt even my glass that's broken, it was a friends. But how could he know that? he was too busy confirming things before gathering facts.) He then threatened to call 911 on me to have me arrested for harassment. Poor thing, he's unaware of who hes speaking to... coming from an entire family of law enforcement- i am unafraid of his attempt to threaten me. Im also well aware of the laws & what is/isn't considered harassment. (considering he texted me first after me disconnecting the call, hes "harrassing" me!) Thank you Lee, for cancelling. Im happy that I did not spend a dime on you and your unprofessional ways. Im also glad to have spent a little more on Ace Automotive Care!! 5 stars to them!! Call them before contacting Lee, You wont regret it!! As stated in the texts, Lee is expecting my review and promised to respond to me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I will try to make this long horrific story brief! They came out to replace my window. They covered the seal of the window with tape so I couldn't see what they had done for at least three days. When I took the tape off I immediately noticed the mess they made of the glue and the window was off set. I called immediately and explained the problem to them and they said the hump in the window was due to the antenna. Being that it wasn't like that before I suggested they come look at it again. He explained to me that if I wanted the window fixed I would have to pay if they break the window during re installation but I didn't have to pay labor cost. Even though I didn't agree, the window looked so bad that I had to do something. A few days later they showed up. When I met them outside they were taping up the window again. I demanded they take the tape off so I could show them the issue. They agreed to reinstall the window with a new seal and eat the cost if it breaks. When it came time to do what they promised, they never showed up. I reached out to them and he said he would send someone out to refund me $100. I refused. I had to go to another company to fix the problem. The new company told me that not only was It off set but there was a gap in the glue so big that the window was going to eventually slide off. Whatever you do be aware of these crooks! They do not know what they are doing...save yourself the headache and find a company that is reputable.

I woke up early this morning late for work but noticed that my day would only get worse, somebody broke into my car last night not only did they take my backpack they also took my work uniform on top of all that Safelite wanted $400 plus tax. I went online and one of the first companies that popped up in my area was this company here, I gave Lee a call told him my situation, he immediately put me first on the list and got me to work as soon as possible. I told my boss the situation and showed him the receipt that Lee had provided me with a picture of the broken window which helped tremendously on my boss's side. Thank you for everything you did for me I will pass your name on to everybody I know not only as a company but as a friend.

I recently had my windshield replaced by All About Auto Glass, and I couldn't be happier with the service. This is my second time using them, and they continue to impress me. The convenience of them coming out to you is unbeatable. Both times, the results were absolutely amazing. They're professional, fast, trustworthy, and efficient. They even took care of reattaching my registration sticker, car wash sticker, and EZ tag sticker perfectly. The whole process took less than an hour! I was able to communicate with them easily through calls and texts, and they accept cash, credit, and checks, which made payment a breeze. I highly recommend these guys. I'll definitely be calling them for any future repairs or replacements.

I had issues with the dealership taking FOREVER fixing my vehicle and I must have gotten bad karma for lighting them up over it because I caught not one but two rocks affectingly cracking the windshield 😑. I must have called about 6 places and I happened upon All About Auto Glass. David gave me the most reasonable price and he even came to the house to replace for free! Now this happened on the day of the eclipse and he and his cousin were nice enough to let me borrow their glasses to take a look!!! Most importantly they were quick, professional, friendly and reasonable! I would have absolutely no issues going to them again in the future! They did an amazing job and I like transparency and reliability.

Quick and Efficient. My truck had its window smashed. I called Safelite first and couldn’t get them on the phone. I then called All About Auto Glass and immediately got on the phone with Jose. I gave him my vehicle info and address.. they showed up in a couple hours time and got my window replaced plus they cleaned out all of the broken glass for me. I’m very pleased with how this business is ran. If we have another glass need for auto, residential or our rental equipment - All About Auto Glass will be my first call.

Son came home from college with broken out rear window from a break-in :-(! Was referred to Lee from a teacher I work with at school. Contacted him about the repair and cost seemed reasonable. He came out a couple of days later on time and had the job done in less than an hour. Very pleased with the service. Hopefully won't need him again anytime soon but if we ever need this type of service I know who we'll call. Will also refer him to others as I was referred to him ;-)!

They showed up at my house Saturday before noon with less than 24 hours notice.
