This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I don’t know how they have such good reviews. I feel like they must be editing or deleting ones they do not like. I called and asked about an appointment. Max told me if you let me know before I can get you taken care of in an hour. So I called later and said I would be in at 3-315. I arrived at 315 and they eventually took my truck to the back. They had several other customers show up that they took in as well after me. It didn’t seem like they had enough help to be working on 3 cars at a time though. After 2.5 hours they were done with my truck. Max pulled my truck around and I looked at it. The wood grain trim panel was about half way falling off. I asked him to look at it and he just hit it back in with his hand rather forcefully. I looked at my door panel and noticed a small puncture in the leather. Also I noticed then that my drivers side mirror had a small chip on it. I asked him about both things and he denied them both. This is a 2018 Denali truck I have that is almost brand new. (No one else had ever worked on before) After all that he said “okay the one touch is reset but it’s might take a while to reset 2-3 weeks.” I didn’t understand why it wouldn’t work properly right away. The window wouldn’t roll up all the way and stay up. After I left I noticed it was making a clicking noise as it was rolling up and that the door lock lever was crooked as well. AlsoI found a missing screw and a broken piece of plastic (i later found out that came from my wood grain trim panel) I called them a few days later and asked that they fix the issues Max said that “Saturday is very busy so that might not be a good day to bring it” This frustrated me because I had already spent more time then I thought it should take in the first place. I wanted him to be accommodating of the situation and make an appointment convenient for me to fix the problems! I ended up going to a old friend who replaced the window with OEM glass and took his time and showed me all of the issues he found. I was in and out of there in 1 hour. He found 2 broken glass shards in the window trim that was causing the issue of the clicking and the one touch not working. He also showed me the broken wood grain panel had 2 tabs broken off because it was pried down on instead of up. Also he took my mirror off when he did the work so he would have space to work and not damage the mirror (anymore then it was from a&a) I brought the window back and he did give me a refund for the window and labor. I asked him to look at the quote I had received to replace the damaged mirror and wood grain panel. He denied doing any damage to my truck and did not want to look at the quote. I hope this review helps them grow in their customer service and quality of work. Also I hope that this never happens to anyone else!

Went in today December 1st 2022 around 12:20pm left at 2:00pm. Everything started well, owner/ manager don’t know what he was, was very polite and attentive though. Him and his employee had a bit of hiccups while replacing my 2008 Ford Expedition rear lift gate glass. After that was fixed and after some pushing and tugging on it another problem showed up. I was being told the motor for the lift gate wiper was not working which I told them the whole time I was there that it did. The owner/ manager insisted it did not. They never shut the lift gate in front of me so the motor can up and run which had to be done and maybe they did but when they showed me they acted like it was the trucks issue. Since i was in a rush and running late to pick up my kids from school i told them i would go back Saturday to get it thoroughly checked out and went about my day. Next thing I decided to check the receipt that was given to me to find out that the owner/ manager had wrote (after i had signed it) that the motor was not working maybe to say they had nothing to do with it… It’s not ok to take advantage of women when we go out and do these things for our vehicles. They did not place the shaft back correctly on the glass so now the motor runs but the wiper does not keep going. We will not be going back here because these are not honest people. While driving on my way to pick up my children I decided to give the wiper a go, and the motor as I said it worked! It was running!! But the wiper didn’t move that far.. took these pictures and video as soon as i got home at 2:37pm. Please don’t blame your customers for something you caused.

Best auto glass repair shop in the Spring Branch area! Max and his team provided excellent service from start to finish. While most shops take some time to provide you an estimate/quote for the part to replace, A&A immediately identified they had my Audi sunroof in stock for a very fair and discounted price. I took my car in early morning and the job was completed within the same day, which took 4-5 hours, which is great as other places may not finish same day. Quality of the job was done very professionally and pristine. There were no chips or defects in the replacement and the car looks just like new. You can tell they put extra care and attention to details in their work, which is very much appreciated. Overall, this place is highly recommended for anyone who is experiencing an unexpected auto glass accident and is in the Spring Branch area.

Do not purchase the Groupon if your windshield has any sensors, as they will not let you use the $100 off voucher, even though the Groupon states that it can be used towards ALL replacements including (basic, luxury, special features). Aside from that, the owners were polite and worked quickly. [EDIT] To address your response, what I was told when I brought up the Groupon voucher was (verbatim) "You cannot use this with windshields that have sensors" nor do I see on my receipt that there was a "promotional price" applied. Afterwards I very clearly remember asking if I could use it on my other older vehicle and was told that it would be okay to use it on that one since there were no sensors.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Few days ago some one broken into my Dodge van, I called the police, but did not know where to get my window fix. When officer showed up i asked him if he knew a place. He mentioned about A&A auto glass discounters, said A&A auto glass changed his car windshield and he was very happy with their work. After doing some research on them decided to take my car in. from the time i showed up, 50 min later my van was ready,I was impressed how quickly they were able to get everything done.Even vacuumed out all broken glass inside the van. on top it they accept my group on discount. I was happy with my experience with A&A auto glass discounters. Way to go!!!!

I have had 3 windshields replaced at A&A, a 2004 Toyota 4Runner, a 2003 Lincoln LS, and a 1995 Cheverolet Suburban, and I have no complaints. Each time I waited on site while the work was being done and I don't remember waiting more than an 2 hours on any visit. Note I did plan for the service each time I went in. The hospitality is an A+ for me as well. My dad needs his passenger side back window glass done and I'm sending him their way. I looked A&A up on Google and see that they are still providing top quality work. This is one of the few companies that I remember their work and had to tell people about it. Thumbs up to A&A!

My sunroof was shattered while driving on I-10. I have no clue how it happened. I called around to check prices. Their price wasn’t the cheapest but they were the most convenient for me. The had the original BMW glass in stock and they were only 15 minutes from my house. I also got my windshield replaced which was way pass due. I had a small issue with the rear view mirror assembly after my new install but I took my car back up there and they were able to rectify the situation quickly and efficiently. Hopefully I won’t need any more glass replaced but if I do this is where I will go. 100% recommend. Thank you!

I called earlier in the day to check if they had the front windshield for my explorer. He gave me the price and estimate over the phone and later upheld that offer. He told me it was a 2 hour wait and he delivered on time. I’ve used this place before when my back windshield was broken and he gave a reasonable price and quick service then as well. I’m busy 25/8 so the timely, predictable experience was awesome. There are nearby restaurants if you want to eat while you wait like I did. :)

I chose to use A&A because the reviews were good and their price was slightly less. Unfortunately, the "new" windshield they installed had a scratch so deep that I actually thought it was a crack. I called the company the same day after seeing the scratch while entering the car and was told all technicians were gone for the day. I'm disappointed that a new windshield already has a scratch and comprised integrity. I should've paid the extra $15-60 to go with another company.

I had a broken passenger window on my nissan altima. I emailed Max on Sunday and I received a response by Monday morning. Gave a call and gave me the special promotional rates. It was $135 for cash. They were able to squeeze in my appointment for the lunch hour. I was in and out within 45 mins. Highly professional, Great service and very much time committed. The office could be a little more neat, but I don't care. Max and Sean are the folks there.. You guys ROCK!!!
