Our truck had a developing window crack over the past 12 months or so. Finally got around to selling the truck and knew that a broken window was not going to be a good selling point. I am new to the area and found I had a few options to choose from. After a little research I decided to go in and talk with Waco Auto Glass. In my mind I thought an OEM glass would be the best option but that was going to cost a lot more as I would have to order it through the dealership. WAG wasn't going to talk me out of it but they assured me that the extra time and money for OEM really wasn't required. They assured me that their standard order glass would work just fine. I said "okay" and made an appointment. Got to the shop and within minutes they were ready to work on my windshield. The workers were efficient, friendly and most importantly careful. I was surprised that I could get in and out in under an hour. And the cost was super reasonable. The glass was perfect. No mess or fuss. Down the road I went. I realize that people have special circumstances and something can go awry. In any business this can happen. But for a straight-forward windshield replacement it couldn't have gone better. This is just my one experience. When it again becomes necessary to repair a window or windshield on my car, I will gravitate back to WAG. Hope you have as positive an experience as I did.

Called Tina and received a very reasonable estimate to replace the windshield on my Jeep Wrangler. She was professional and very pleasant. Took the Jeep in the next day. An hour and a half later the job was complete and I drove it straight home. It wasn’t until the following day that I noticed the radio antenna was not on the vehicle. Much more troubling than that, adhesive was left on my exterior paint in two spots. The adhesive was about the size of a quarter in one spot. Took wet sanding and compounding to remove it. I called Tina about the antenna and she said the tech forgot to reinstall it. Was the reasonable price worth a second long trip back to Waco Auto Glass to pick up my antenna plus the time and aggravation of removing adhesive that was left by an obviously careless technician? My answer is an emphatic no.NegativeQuality

Waco Auto Glass Center was my last resort, I had called and searched all morning looking for reasonable prices to get a windshield replacement and 2 side windows replacements. Im glad I did not listen to my husband and continued to call around and get some quotes because he didn't want to go out the Temple area. Anyhow Im glad I called Waco Auto Glass Center because not only did they have everything I needed in stock, they even came out to my house. Now that's a plus for me, every place I had called that morning was wayyy to pricey, the cheapest I found to get our windowd replacements was over 500. Waco Auto Glass Center saved me sooo much money. I definitely recommend them for your window replacement needs.

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance. Waited all day Monday for the to “call” and say they were on their way. I had to call at 5 and ask if they were still coming. The lady I spoke to said no because whoever was replacing the windshields got sick. Okay totally fine. I rescheduled for the next day. Well guess what....they weren’t going to be able to make it. Why not be sure on how many customers you can schedule in a day so you don’t have them waiting. Waste of time. Y’all will probably have better luck going up there than waiting for them to “call” you right before they close to let you know they can’t make it.NegativePunctuality

This shop will be our go to for auto glass needs from now on. Their customer service is top notch, they blew the competition out of the water on price, installation was scheduled quickly in spite of them being swamped due to recent hail storms & they were more than accommodating to our tricky schedules. I don't know Tina's exact job title, but I imagine her to be the do whatever needs doing glue that holds everyone together. Our installation technician, Hunter, was kind, professional, confident in his skills & did an outstanding job. Give this fantastic, family owned, small business a chance. You won't be disappointed!

I was headed to Waco when a unfortunate incident happen, a rock hit my windshield. Not talking about a chip! It was glass everywhere type of thing. We were out of our element and had no idea who to call. Lucky we found Waco Auto Glass. Customer service was amazing. When I called and told the office I was about 1 1/2 hours away. Her response was no problem drive right on in and we will get you as soon as you get here. Literally when we drove up they waved us into a bay and began working. This was a scary thing and turn into meeting some really nice people working hard for the public!

We got our windshield dinged by a rock driving from Dallas during a long road trip, called and were squeezed in for an appointment right away. Tina who helped us with customer service is an amazing person! So kind, engaging and funny. She was playful with our son and gave him some treats while we waited. The repair was done quickly and the results were perfect. Highly recommend. Overall a great experience. Would be my go-to if we lived here. Thanks guys!

Tina was very kind and quick to slot me in for an early AM appointment to assess water leakage on F&R passenger floor boards of my daughter's 2002 Avalon. Brian and Greg were thorough in their examination of any and all possible entry points of water, and called me out to point out what they were doing, along with explanations of possible causes. Highly recommend them and WAG Center, Inc!PositiveResponsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value
