Unfortunately, I drive on the tollway every day. The construction is never-ending. Also, unfortunately, I drive a Jeep Wrangler. After the 3rd, "tiny crack" on my windshield began to "spider-web", I knew it was time for a new windshield. I googled 4 "Frisco windshield repair" places, entered the required info about my Jeep to each, and then waited. One instantly responded. Before the other 3 made their initial "callback", I was already texting Titan Auto Glass about a date and time for servicing. I chose them before the other 3 estimates even came back due to their courtesy and professionalism on the internet, on text messages and finally on a phone call. To top it all off, their final cost was less than all of the others' "estimates" (which they said didn't include tax and misc costs). Titan gave me a number and said this is exactly what you will pay. Titan had my windshield in their inventory and they were at my house at 0901 the next day, which was a Saturday (I was told they would arrive between 9am and 10am). Arturo arrived and couldn't have been friendlier. I'm not sure if you can "request Arturo", but I would ask anyway, you won't be disappointed. He told me about the way the Jeep Wrangler windshield sits "straighter up" than most vehicles, which is just a negative about the Jeep, life goes on, lol. Arturo straightened out my registration sticker on the new windshield and even put my toll tag in a better spot, out of my view. He's a perfectionist, and that is exactly what you want! I get one free "gluing" if/when the next crack comes from my tollway driving (within 1 year), but at least I won't waste any time looking for another company. Titan Auto Glass is already in my phone contacts.

I had Titan reseal my windshield because of a small water leak I had. In the process of removing my existing windshield, they damaged the clear tint I had on the inner glass. Although they fixed my water leak issue, I now have to spend more $ to have my windshield UV tint replaced. [updated] Hi, thanks for responding. I was told that there was a slight chance of my windshield breaking upon removal. Glad that it didn’t! I just wished they were a bit more careful with my tint. I changed my review to 5 stars because you were responsive and I would come back again. Other than the tint issue, the windshield was done right and the installer was very good and took the time to show me why I had water leaks from a previous install.

I had a major crack from a small rock that hit our windshield going 80 mph down 1-35 over Memorial Day weekend. It was getting worse as the weekend went along, so I obtained four quotes from various providers, including Titan Auto Glass. Though Titan was the highest, Adren had the most detailed quote and explaination of all the providers, actually changing my mind from a lower cost provider due to his transparent approach and willingness to explain their difference. We scheduled and completed the replacement the same day. Highly recommend reaching out to them for your auto glass needs!

Great company to do windshield replacement! I was originally going to go with Safelite as they were suggested by my insurance, however after a month of back and forth on getting OEM glass approved to find out I would have to pay a significant amount over my deductible, I reached out to Titan for a quote. They were able to work with my insurance and I was only responsible for my deductible and was able to get an appointment schedule the following week. The appointment and replacement went as smoothly and quickly (~2HRS). Highly recommend this company if you are looking at local shop.

Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable. I didn't know where to begin when the rear driver's side window panel thingy got 11 kajillion cracks and a pea sized hole. Adren pointed me to eBay to get the part (it's a 2003 Buick Park Avenue, so the manufacturer does not make the panels anymore). I waited and I waited for the parts come in. I took it in, I was only there for maybe 45 minutes and the technician actually apologized for "taking so long". These guys are da boom (do they say that anymore?) Thanks Titan Auto Glass!

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The representative I spoke with was incredibly helpful, even assisting me with contacting my insurance company. They were able to schedule my appointment for the very next day, which I really appreciated. Trevor arrived right on time, was extremely courteous, and did an excellent job. My new windshield looks great, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. Highly recommend!

Titan Auto Glass is stellar in my book. They stepped in to fix my cracked windshield, immediately after I left Safelight. The Titan team in Frisco was quick, professional, courteous, explained everything clearly and quoted me a price less than half of what Safelite quoted. Titan was very flexible with scheduling and prompt with the windshield replacement. The facility is very clean and in a good location. I highly recommend Titan Auto Glass!

To have a windshield repaired (not replaced), no appointment is needed. I pulled in and was out in a very short time, 30 minutes or so. The staff is very professional and courteous. Unfortunately, we had to have two windshields replaced within a 2 month period. Titan was extremely professional to work with! Melanie went the extra mile to get the glass ordered and have us put on the schedule. The service technician Brandon, was prompt on his arrival and he explained the entire process to us. We are very satisfied with this Company.

I received a quote by filling out the form online and I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The price was up front. The technician came out to me on time and the work took less time than I was told. I appreciated how they kept my Toll Tag and registration sticker and put them back on the new glass! I’d highly recommend them!
