FastGlass Windshield Repair & Replacement

Scheduled an appt for Haley to come out and fix a chip in my windshield. We schedule for 5pm the following day. I get a text around 4pm (aka an hour before scheduled appt) asking to push the appt out to the next day. For various reasons, I tell her that won't be possible because I am dropping my car off at the shop first thing the next morning for other repairs and won't have my car back for several weeks. She agrees to still come at scheduled time. At 4:45, about 15 minutes early, she calls me and tells me she has arrived. I let her know I am less than 5 minutes away, to which she responds by asking if it's going to be any longer than that because "she has plans" - meanwhile our appointment was not even scheduled until 5pm... she then gets here, parks, looks at my car and decides to tell me she doesn't have the tool that would do the best job for the repair and that if she can come back tomorrow she will have the right tool...and basically puts me in the position to have her do a poor quality repair or be left without my windshield fixed after all. She gets a bit of an attitude, tells me she will do the repair anyway, and then warns me that "you'll still see it, but I can do it. that's just the nature of repairs" - what kind of customer service or general human decency is that? I rearranged my entire day around someone who just didn't seem to want to work that day. And never have I had a windshield chip continue to be visible after repair..until now. Will definitely not be using them again.

I just had a half circle crack in my windshield repaired by James, who came to my home for a mobile repair. He and the woman I spoke with on the phone to make the appointment were both very courteous. My appointment could have been the next day, but I scheduled it for the following day which was more convenient for me. They gave a noon to 4 pm arrival window. James called to let me know when he was on the way and arrived just after 1:30 pm. They both explained that the crack wouldn't disappear, and James also told me the crack shouldn't get any bigger now. It didn't cost more for a mobile repair versus going to a service location. I paid $89 out of pocket for the repair because my liability insurance doesn't cover the cost. The repair took less than half an hour. I'm glad the crack could be repaired instead of my windshield having to be replaced and that it's safe now. This was an easy experience, and the FastGlass staff were all very nice to deal with. I will use FastGlass Dallas next time I need a windshield repair or replacement.

If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would! My community unfortunately fell victim to crime and FastGlass (Christopher) responded to a residents call. Upon his arrival, I introduced myself and asked if he could stick around in case any other residents were interested in his service. He kindly agreed and was at my community most of the day! He was incredibly kind and quick and the feedback from my residents was nothing but positive! During a time that could have been frustrating and difficult, Christopher and his team made everyone feel taken care of and each transaction was seamless. I couldn’t recommend this company more to anyone in need of window repair. Thank you Christopher and team!

Bad service. Left my truck and driveway covered in shards of glass. Left trash behind and my truck door wide open when they left. I had to sweep my entire drive way because glass was all over the place. Called to complain and to tell them that I need a new windshield and will not be using fastglass. They started recommending other auto glass companies instead of trying to see what they could do to make things right. My new glass doesn't even look like a factory OEM part. Haven't tried it yet and am hoping the rear sliding window functions.

James from FastGlass fixed a nickel-sized chip in my 2023 VW Tiguan windshield. He called before he arrived and was prompt in the time he said he would show up. He was extremely courteous and professional in his work by being knowledgeable, wearing gloves and using a soft anti-scratch work cover over the hood of my car while he worked. I would definitely recommend James at Fastglass for auto-glass repair or replacement.

Unfortunately my mom’s car was broken into last night. I called Fast Glass and they were able to come out the same day. HUGE shoutout to Jenn Santivanez, he was extremely helpful and super professional while working on my mom’s car. Even though it was freezing outside he had a smile on his face and I could tell immediately that he loved what he does. Huge shoutout to him and to Fast Glass overall!
