Auto Glass of Frisco

I had my drivers side window busted Friday night downtown on my 2016 mustang. I shopped around for a few hours before finding - Auto Glass of Frisco. I submitted a quote Friday night around 10:30pm and had a response from Curt by 9:17 Saturday morning.I was expecting a quote later in the day to Monday morning. (which I received a few on Monday from some of the other guys) I called Curt and he was able to get me in for today (Monday). I am extremely pleased with how easy the whole process was from setting up the appt to having them replace the window! Auto Glass of Frisco was able to come to my apartment and replace my window in the parking lot. The Auto Glass tech was extremely professional and fast! In about 40 min he had the window replaced and it looks like new! He even vacuumed up all the glass that fell in my car and on the concrete! I definitely recommend this service to anyone needing any auto glass repaired or replaced. Some of the other auto glass companies were scheduling a week away from Friday and their prices were well above what I paid for my window. I will recommend auto glass of Frisco to all of my friends and family and will use them in the future!

On yesterday as I was driving on the freeway, the wonderful debris of rocks decided to hit my windshield (on the driver's side no less) and created a bullet hole chip that eventually spread...ughh so I knew I would need to replace the windshield. well I researched various places and stumbled upon Auto Glass of Frisco and read all of the great reviews so I went with them and I am so glad I did. I submitted my quote online and Curt emailed me within 30 minutes and I scheduled service for today. Hugo came to my home and arrived on time. The service only took 30 minutes and he did a great job. He explained everything to me as far as when to remove the tape, when it was safe to drive, when it was safe to wash my vehicle and he explained I had lifetime warranty on the service if any issues were to arise. Note..not lifetime warranty on glass..lol. If I ever have any auto glass repair/replacement issues going forward I will use them and I will be recommending my friends!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I used the company two years ago to replace my windshield after dealing with a large spider crack for several years and to do some chip repair to another car. They were wonderful, came to the house within the week, charged very affordable prices and it's held up amazing since then. I just scheduled another visit for next week because my windshield has an enormous spider crack from flyaway sheet metal. Same excellent customer service, they pulled up my records and were patient with me while I got the information they needed. Explained all th costs and possibilities very clearly. I highly recommend them if you need any sort of windshield repair.

What a wonderful experience. Got a confirmed price and scheduled a date and time. Technician called 10 min before arriving. Car was in the driveway, he had started working before I know he was even at my house. Got a chance to converse with him. He had 20+years experience replacing windshields. All the time we were talking he never stopped working. He was very courteous and professional. Just a pleasure not to have a hassle. Curtis was very responsive to my questions and emails. Did price shop and feel that they were competitive in price as this was not an insurance claim. I would highly recommend A1 Auto Glass in Frisco.

This place is great and I’ll definitely use them again if the need arises. The price was very fair and the service was excellent. I had the windshield replaced in my Wife’s Infiniti and a small rock chip repaired in my 4Runner’s windshield. The technician who came out to perform the work was punctual, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I wanted to wait about two months before I left a review because I wanted to be sure everything was as expected after multiple car washes, rain, and hot Texas sun. I highly recommend this local company.

The service was fast but not entirely honest. The technician acted unprofessionally, showed discriminatory behavior, and was disrespectful and uncommunicative throughout the visit. I reached out to the owners, who were polite and willing to listen, but unfortunately provided no real solution regarding the technician’s behavior or the poor experience I had. During that conversation, they shared additional details about the repair, which turned out to be disappointing — the work was not properly done, and I’m not satisfied with the results.

I got a ton of quotes. This company had the most inexpensive quote for my VERY expensive windshield. I have a Ford Flex and the side mouldings on my car have to be replaced with the windshield also. They made our appointment quick. The technician was awesome!!! He allowed my girls to pull up chairs outside and and explained every step to their curious minds. He was quick and very nice. Once again, Auto Glass of Frisco came to the rescue! This makes the "umpteenth" time that I have broken the front windshield of one of my vehicles over the years. And each time this great company has been able to order the replacement and install a new windshiel in lless.than 10 days. I am very much appreciative of the hard work and professionalism that Auto Glass of Frisco has provided me over the years. i will most certainly use their services again (and again, and again) in the coming years.

Had a great experience with Auto Glass of Frisco! I had a couple of chips in my windshield, and they got me taken care of quickly and easily. The tech, Lee, was super nice, showed up on time, and explained everything. Also to note that they were able to get me in the day the next day and came right to me! You can barely see where the chips were now! Super easy process from start to finish — I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing glass repairs!

Excellent service! Called and spoke with Kurt who set up appointment for the next day. Technician, Javier, was very polite and courteous. Didn’t take long to replace the windshield and gave very specific instructions for care. Received a phone call from Kurt ensuring everything was completed to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to call this business again if it becomes necessary. Great job guys!
