Reliable auto glass

My windshield cracked from top to bottom while I was driving on the highway and my rear view mirror busted off when it cracked. A buddy referred me to Greg and I am so glad that he did! Greg came out to my house and replaced my windshield for an unbeatable price (I received quotes from at least 5 other businesses in the area). He was on time, friendly, and very professional. He remounted my rear view mirror for me along with my alarm, and he transferred all of my stickers over to my new windshield. My windshield also has a rubber seal that goes around the outer perimeter that could not be salvaged after removal, and Greg replaced that for me free of charge as well! Greg was incredible! I reached out to see about getting my windshield replaced and reliable couldn’t put it more perfect! He came out to my job, replaced my windshield, and cleaned up all of the mess, always a positive! Plus he let me know my old windshield had some scratches and smudges from my windshield wipers and proceeded to show me so he made sure he wasn’t trying to scam me! We agreed I needed new ones and he rushed back in minutes with news ones and installed them! I couldn’t believe it, you don’t find this kind of work ethic anymore. Paid 800$ for new glass was given a scratched on the inside unfixable windshield, he refused to replace it and left. I have him being served by the courts to get my refund. Have all the ring camera footage of him leaving and saying just got get it buffed.. not a single glass company I called said u can buff the inside without taking it out which will ruin it.. never once did he offer to make it right. And he says he did some chip fix on my work truck for free which are now cracking worse than they were.. can't wait for my court date UPDATE: constables have tried to serve him 4 different times and left contact info on his door. He is such a stand up guy he refuses to answer for the constables.. He knows he is wrong and they will serve him everything. Be a man

Greg was the most enjoyable, knowledgable, informative and professional service provider that we have met in a long time. From the time he answered the phone through the time that he left our house the following day after completing our windshield replacement there was never a doubt that we selected the perfect person. I spent a lot of time researching, getting quotes, reading reviews and calling but when Greg answered the phone there was an instant feeling that he was the best man for the job. Definitely keeping his number in my phone and will share it with anyone I know that needs windshield replacement. Just to add that his prices are good but his service is worth double the amount. I thought the negative reviews were exaggerating, but I was wrong. Be careful contracting their services. I paid for a service yesterday that was either incomplete or was done poorly because today I have a larger crack than before. I was assured verbally that the crack would not spread. Now that it has spread, I was denied a refund. The only consolation Greg offered was for me to pay him $200 more to really get it fixed this time. You might want to avoid the hassle here Update: owner claims a guarantee and success rate was given to me before services were rendered but that isn't true. Be sure to get any of this information in writing if you decide to purchase services. I wish I had been warned.

I have used Reliable Auto Glass for over 10 years for business auto windshield replacement as well personal vehicle windshield replacement. Greg has always done an amazing job at a very fair price. As you can see he’s even shifting blame in his response to my review. And all his suggestions made it someone else’s fault. Better hope he gets it done right the first time because he won’t fix it. Had a windshield replaced and had a whistling noise come after the replacement. Called to see if he would see if he could fix it and he proceeded to shift blame. He refused to fix it or give me a refund and hung up with me while on the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.I’m a mechanic and his customer service would be unacceptable at my company. Great value! I happened across Greg when he was on another business call, but he showed up within 10 minutes of my SOS call for an in-driveway evaluation. He took down the required data, and left to pick up the windshield. He was back within a VERY short time, and did a highly professional job in my driveway; all while maintaining a very pleasant conversation, which did not detract from his professionalism AT ALL. I called Reliable Auto Glass on Saturday and spoke to Greg. I had just gotten my windshield blown in while driving down the highway & needed it fixed to drive to work on Sunday. Unfortunately, he did not have my specific windshield in stock & it was later in the day so many parts stores were closed. Greg sensed my urgency & referred me to another business (most likely a competitor) who was able to service my needs. He seems like an honest guy & I wish that I could have waited until Monday as he quoted me a price 5% cheaper than what I paid at the other shop!
