Superglass Windshield Repair of El Paso

Called to get a quote on a rock chip that spread on my windshield and the gentleman on the phone was very rude. He laughed when I said I needed a windshield repair (not replacement). I am not an expert I am calling to get guidance and am willing to get the replacement if needed but making fun of your customers and interrupting them while they are explaining their situation is not helpful. Please try harder and be kinder, let people speak, listen and then educate don’t ridicule.

We drove in to El Paso last night from Palm Springs and had a rock chip that needed repair on our windshield. I googled “windshield repair” and Superglass popped up. I got a chip on my windshield while driving down on the freeway. I had to get it taken care of before it ran down the window and had to replace the window.
