Mark and his crew couldn’t have been more dishonest. They tried selling us a new windshield over a rock hit that caused a crack. When my partner posted a one star review, disclosing the experience we had, he began calling my partner and sending him text messages. You can see them and the crack that was fixed, by me, first attempt ever at such a thing (with a $14.99 rain x kit from O’ Reilly Auto Parts no less, and done in the O’ Reilly parking lot) after being told by Mark that the windshield was now trash and that the crack will continue to travel and that the crack would not take in resin. It would seem like Mark and his employees need to learn some new tricks instead of trying to massively over and upsell potential customers. See his texts and a post repair picture attached. *Update* I own several vehicles, with repairs to rock chips and cracks over the years. None have continued to travel. But as you can see in his response, Mark talks and acts like a school yard bully when you don’t just say thank you and where do I empty my wallet. He says cracks will always open and travel. Yet he tried to sell us a $160 lifetime guarantee chip and crack fix.

I left my info on their website and got a call back within the hour with an estimate. Quality work at a great price! Robert and Al were super friendly. I was only waiting for about an hour. They had coffee, water, a big TV, overall a very nice lobby setting while you're waiting. They replaced my windshield and lemme tell you, it's like night and day! Thanks a ton, y'all. Will be returning if I need any more auto glass work done. Friendly, fantastic customer service, and they just opened their location on the Westside about 5 months ago so all of us on this side of town don't need to drive all the way to Rojas.

I took my vehicle in about a month or so ago. Received a quote over the phone with Mark. Robert was who helped me in person. Both did really great as far as customer service. My windshield has held up great since the installment and sometimes seems like I can put my hand through it! I like that they have a warranty for chips and they even offered military discount. Thank you guys for the amazing service.

I've visited the east side location before and had a great experience. Was on the west side when I had some rock damage to my front windshield and decided to stop by the new location. Only place other than the dealership that does sunroof windows and way cheaper. Very professional and fast. Had the insurance stuff handled right away, they cleaned the inside of the truck and ready for pick up. Will definitely recommend and use for any future glass issues.

They were not interested in repairing the chip the immediately wanted to replace it. I live in Houston and I've been driving for almost 20 years I don't know who they thought I was but a moron is not one. Joel immediately said "ohh noooo we cannot fix". Thanks for the help
