El Paso Auto Glass

I had an excellent mobile experience with this company today. After calling a big national name, I was quoted $160-240, to fill in a chip, smaller than a dime! SHOP LOCAL. I gave these guys a call; I was quoted @ $48 and they were in my driveway, repairs underway in less than 2 hours. I had very friendly and responsive folks! Entirely unrelated to my service: let the techs know it made me smile to see one person working, and another holding an umbrella to shade him. :) Overall, this has been my best service experience as a whole since living in El Paso. Thanks, y’all!

I didn't get a phone call, I got a text message. But my last phone call I had last week went well with the exception of never getting a call back from the service tech and waiting all day and got nothing. Quote I got over the phone was great tho to bad I never got a call back for the service. I'm trying for round 2, I'll change my rating depending on if I get a call back... Note I got the link to rate the call at 3:26 at the time of writing this review its 3:38 and no call back yet.

So far not good. Didn’t get return phone call after a couple of tries days apart. But FINALLY, I got through and spoke to someone who took care of my appointment and it was absolutely worth the wait. Let me tell you, El Paso Auto Glass is quick and did a FANTASTIC job on my 4 Runner windshield repair. Everything worked out and I will definitely be calling them back for repair service. Thank you for a job well done. Highly Recommended!! A++++

Great service & fast! My husbands car got broken into and the same day, I called EP Auto Glass, I got an estimate on the side windshield, and a quick appointment was set within less than 24 hours for next day to get fixed! Price was great & affordable compare to the other estimates I received from other places. The technician & assistant took less than a hour and did an amazing job! Thanks y’all! I highly recommend them! 10/10

RIDICULOUS I WAS TOLD THAT THEY DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SWAP FROM A SLIDER TO A STATIONARY BACK WINDOW BECAUSE TECHS BOSS SAID HE DIDNT WANT HIM TO FALL BEHIND ON OTHER JOBS ..WHAT A sad excuse ..Tech stared at the window for 15 minutes lol 🤣 talk about A WASTE OF TIME ..THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE ..will not Recommend El PasoServicesAuto rear window replacement

My windshield cracked and I needed repair immediately. Called and spoke with Alex a couple of times. Great customer service, they got me scheduled for the repair fast. The communication from the time I called for a quote until installation was excellent. I appreciate the timely manner in which I was taken care of. Now I'm back 4x4ing! Thanks guys!

Back windshield broke on my car, called them first and they had the windshield in stock and were mobile as well, came the same day (2 hours later) and got it done in about a hr, the guys name was Jim he was cool and he had a girl partner with him, they did a good job I do recommend trying them out!

CS was very professional and polite. Questions I asked were quickly addressed. Repair persons were also very polite and professional. They called ahead of arriving. Repair was quick for a chip in windshield. They also backed up repair with a lifetime warranty. Very satisfied. Thank you.

Called a few different places and with no answer. This company picked up right away when I called, gave us a great quote and were able to perform the service same day. The service was fast and professional. We will be going back for future services. Thank you very much!
