El Cubano can be hit or miss, I've used them about 10 years ago and was satisfied with their work, so I decided to try them again a few weeks ago which unfortunately did not go as well. They definitely rush their jobs like others have said and will make you go back to the shop in person to service a warranty, even if you originally paid extra for mobile service. So backstory is I recently had a windshield replaced with them through their mobile service and only after did I realize I should have had them replace the molding too, but they said it was fine reusing the old one. This was partially my mistake on not doing more research, but I feel that they should have either told me to reschedule an appointment when I had the new molding or made sure to use extra sealant to make up for reusing the old molding. Honestly though it seems like they just skimp on the sealant due to rushing the jobs. At any rate, they somehow got the windshield replaced without taking off the cowl panel, which is risky seeing as how it could've easily broken off and cost me as much as the windshield itself. They then rushed the hell out of the rest of the job because not even a full week later, after a bit of rain, there was water that leaked into the cabin. Luckily no electronics were affected as far as I can tell, and I was able to patch up the leak with some Permatex but this is definitely the last time I'm using El Cubano. TL;DR: rushed service that's hit or miss, if you care about your car go somewhere else unless money is tight (in which case you should still save up to go somewhere else).

Beat everyone elses price by 100 dollars. I was busy that day and had a small amount of time to get my back window replaced. The call taker said no problem and gave me a time of 1 pm and let me know the installer would call me. At 12:30 the tech called me and let me know he was on his way and would be there in 20 minutes. He arrived early and within 45 minutes had my window complete. This day and time everyone LOVES to complain if they don't like something but if they receive above and beyond service just go ahh well and go right along without saying anything. I'm new to El Paso and don't know these peopleat all but I do know I gave 5 stars because that's the most allowed or they would get more. Keep up the good job and keep sending professionals out to represent your business such as the gentleman that came to my home.

Customer service from office employees was ok. However the employee that actually replaced my windshield did not replace it correctly. I went back a second time, (I live in Las Cruces) I hadn't removed the tape afraid that windshield would not stay, so when arriving they said to remove tape, that could be the noise I hear, so we did, we took a ride around the block, no mask BTW, no sound, now once I'm heading home and on freeway I start to hear the rattling again🙄 I have not called them back. Not sure that I want to nor do I have the gas or time to be back and forth. I do have a lifetime warranty, which is why they received the star and ok service in office. Cheap service but I guess you really do get what you pay for. 🙄

Always quick and always very reasonable in price. First time I was told I'd need a seal with the windshield for an extra 30 dlls. As they tended to crack and leak on my vehicle (08 express 3500). None of others even suggested it. when I picked it up I was skeptical whether they had even installed it but I immediately saw the seal around the windshield was indeed brand new. I like that they know their business and do the job right the first time so I wont have me to return with problems to correct. The price was still very reasonable. Thank you Cubano Auto Glass.

My car had a bad run on windshield. It was the cheapest place to replace with a new one. They guarantee their work. They do the job while u wait. Very quick service. Don't let the place fool you, its not a great looking building, but they get the job done. There were several cars there on a Saturday, but everyone was in and out. Very hard working guys. The cashiers where u pay are very courteous and friendly. I highly recommend this business. The cheapest one in town. 👍

My mom had told me about this place so I decided to give it a try. I had to get my windshield completely replaced on my Nissan Xterra which came out to 120. I couldn’t believe the price cause it was so cheap and it includes a lifetime warranty. They didn’t even take longer than 15 minutes and everyone there was really nice. They even have two really adorable cats that I pet cause I couldn’t help myself. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I am a Sergeant First Class in the Army stationed at Fort Bliss and I have to say that by far it was one of the best experiences I had with windshield replacement. I have just completed a PCS and on my trip from Georgia my windshield cracked in multiple places the price was perfect and the customer service and professionalism was superb. I highly recommend this establishment and wish them the best in all of their future endeavors

ALWAYS check the finished product before paying. When driving away, listen for any wind noise, and after the 72-hour, no washing, waiting period inform them immediately of any leaks. We have had difficulties with two vehicle windshields that have been done because the installers are rushing their work! In one instance, it was costly to repair because it entered into the vehicle and damaged electrical components.

They chipped my paint taking off some tape that I had over the glass and It was pretty bad but I was cool about it then I get home and realize they forgot to put a piece back on my door I called to ask about it they said they would call me back never did and everytime I call now I get the busy line so overall if u looking for cheap prices this is it and 2 hours for them to install go at ur own risk
