Optic-Kleer Auto Glass

I had an excellent experience with Optic-Kleer Auto Glass today. Yesterday I got TWO pretty bad windshield cracks on my Palisade while driving on the highway, I decided to take my vehicle to Optic-Kleer Auto Glass because they had fantastic reviews and I'm glad I did! Aaron was very nice, friendly and professional, he replied to all my calls and messages right away, and even offered to leave his truck's blinkers on so it was easier for me to find his business' location. Aaron fixed both windshield cracks while I watched, and he took his time with each one of them making sure it was correctly repaired. When he was done the cracks were barely visible, the repair looked much better than I expected. I will go back for sure next time I need any kind of auto glass repair, and I highly recommend Optic-Kleer Auto Glass' services!

I contacted Optic-Kleer (Aaron) on Tuesday afternoon to replace a broken windshield on a 2022 GMC 3500. We then discussed options for insurance or paying cash, but settled on using USAA for claim as the chip / crack was in field of view and bigger than a quarter. Opened an online claim with USAA and Thursday morning Aaron texted at 8:45am and had the windshield at the shop and he could install between 2-4pm that day at my house! Great customer service and super easy to schedule all of this. Would recommend for chips, cracks, or full replacement windshield like I did!!!

Aaron helped save us from a verrrry expensive windshield replacement on our Jeep Grand Cherokee. He expertly repaired a rock chip in the lower right corner that had happened just a few days after we bought the vehicle. The repair is as close to perfect as you could expect and the color match is spot on. He came to our home to perform the repair and explained what he was doing at each step in the process and was done in about 30 minutes. I’ll definitely call him again if needed for windshield repairs in the future.

Aaron was communicative, timely, and efficient in my windshield replacement. He ordered my windshield, followed up to schedule installation, drove to my house to pick up my car, correctly calibrated it (no easy feat), and dropped my car back off in a few hours making it the best car repair experience I’ve had to date. Wow, so glad I found an alternative to Safelite with Aaron at Optic-Kleer-a local Dripping Springs area small business owner/operator with amazing and professional service. In and out in 2 hours with my Toyota Tacoma windshield replacement. And my registration and Toll Tag stickers replaced perfectly on the new windshield. As we were passing by Dripping Springs we needed to stop a real bad double rockship. We googled best window repair shop and Optic-Kleer pop up. We called and the staff walked us through insurance request. With no doubt O-K is the best. The staff member was very honest in saying that do to the severity of the rockship, he could not fully guarantee it not run. I perfectly ok with results. Thank you O-K.

Outstanding service. My windshield caught a couple of rocks last night and ended up with two bulls eye cracks. I contacted Aaron this morning and he was able to come in the afternoon. He showed up when he said he would, explained to me what he was doing, and quickly and efficiently finished the job. He’s a professional, kind and honest businessman. Aaron was absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and replaced my windshield glass perfectly. He was able to calibrate the forward facing cameras correctly and set up everything like it was new.
