Love love love this business! Had a single rock chip in my van windshield. Our insurance covered at no cost the repair but their contracted vendor Safelite apparently did not mobile-serve our zip code, and their closest shop was more than 45-minutes away, and the soonest available appointment was more than a week away. Absolute Auto Glass was less than 3 miles away from us, our insurance company warned us that since it was our choice not to go with Safelite, then we needed to ensure that the cost was within the approved limit and that anything above that will need to be paid by us. Absolute auto glass scheduled us the very next day. They came to our home, they did a great job in about 30 minutes (it was a single chip and it was cloudy, so it took a little longer to "cure"), but it came right out perfect. Here I am a day after that and my insurance is telling me that I have to pay Absolute directly and then they will reimburse me. So I called back Absolute Auto Glass to pay, and they said that it was free, that it is their way to show how much they care for the Dripping Springs community and wanting us all to drive safe. Love this business!, please consume local folks.

I had called around some other auto glass companies asking for help, but none could, would, or just didn't return my call. Amber and the great people at Absolute Auto Glass were the best! Yesterday a big rock hit my windshield and cracked it. Within an hour the crack started to spread and I knew I needed a windshield replacement. I went through by insurance company but who they recommended was going to cost me 30% higher. I found their website and sent Absolute Auto Glass a message. Within 10 minutes they called me back and got me scheduled for today. Amber knew that it was not safe for me to be driving with my windshield like this and she made sure I was taken care of. Less then 20 hours later the 2 technicians showed up at my home on time and fixed my broken windshield within 40 minutes. Both gentlemen were professional, kind and helpful! I recommend them to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement!

Five Star Review rating is definitely well earned. I contacted Absolute Auto Glass to replace the windshields on two of my vehicles, (Tahoe & Subaru.) Chance & Kelly were able to come to my home right away, arrived when they said they would, gave me a courtesy call before arriving, and were extremely professional and courteous when I spoke with them during repairs. The new windshields are high quality, look better than the originals, and the price was surprisingly inexpensive. We discussed in detail one of my classic vehicles, and I was very impressed at the level of detailed knowledge they have on classic and collectible cars and trucks. I just had the rear window on my truck replaced, I was real impressed with Chance’s level of professionalism. He took the time to explain a couple of things to me because he was re-doing some work that I had done at a national chain. While I have not yet tested the window in rain, my confidence is high that it was a quality installation. When I called for an appointment, I knew this was going to be a different (much better) experience than what I had at the national chain - you will be able to speak with an actual person when you call! There are no phone recordings that will send a person in circles - you can have a real conversation with a real person that wants to earn your business. Two thumbs up from this customer! 👍👍

I had the BEST experience with Absolute Auto Glass! I had a small chip in my windshield (thank you 290🤦‍♀️). I didn’t want to have it turn into a full windshield replacement so I called them. The price was extremely reasonable (you can’t beat it!). Chance was professional, polite and a perfectionist. He even removed the sticker glue from a previous registration sticker! My windshield looks beautiful! Not to mention I didn’t even have to leave the comfort of my own house!! I highly recommend them. My experience with absolute auto glass today was one I will always remember! Not only were they able to squeeze me into their busy schedule to replace the black back glass of my pick up that had been broken out by robbery, and had it fixed within 15 minutes. Very professional very fast and clean work. I highly recommend this company for any auto boat or aviation glass repair or replacement! I will definitely be using these guys for every vehicle and vessel I have. Thank you again guys for allowing me to safely drive with my children again and being so responsive. Made appointment for mobile windshield repair between 10am and 12pm. At 12:15, after they didn't show up or call, I contacted them to inquire on the status. They apologized for the delay which was due to an issue they had at their shop earlier, but they would have someone out within the next hour. I had errands I needed to take care of so they agreed to come out later that day, around 5 or 5:30, and they would call when they were on their way. I made it a point to be back home by 4:30. I waited until dark, never showed up or called, not even the next day to offer an explanation. Horrible way to run a business.

Excellent service, honest people, and VERY reasonable pricing from Chance at Absolute Auto Glass. I've used other large companies in the past that have tried to charge me hundreds extra for camera re-calibration, mobile service, etc. Absolute includes all of this into their low pricing. Not to mention they were able to get my windshield installed within a couple of days when every other company seemed to be backed up for weeks with an ongoing glass shortage.
