After being lied to about a final price by a major windshield company, I was extremely cautious and skeptical to do business with another company. As a matter of fact, I contacted 5 windshield replacement shops, and Tri-City was the most reasonable price. Plus Jerry Debose assured me that Tri-City Auto Glass would not change the price of their quote at any point. The technician, James was courteous and respectful of my time. He called informing me of his arrival time. When he worked on my vehicle, he placed a cover over my seat before he began working. Once he was done, my original sticker/labels were placed on the new windshield. I would strongly recommend this place of business because they are reasonable and trustworthy!

10/10 would recommend! Jerry came out at the scheduled time, he noticed that he brought a window without the matching tint to my vehicle. Instead of rescheduling the install he set me up with a clear window until he could come the next day to get the matching window installed. Unexpected and much appreciated. Appointment time was true to say. I wasn’t at home thinking it would be after the allotted time. When Jerry called I was headed home and was not far. He waited and once I got home he immediately started. Very nice and professional and got the job done efficiently. You never know how a crack windshield affects your viewing while driving until you get it replaced. What a difference. Thank you for your outstanding service in this heat.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars. They were ahead of the time that was scheduled. Took care of my windshield within the hour and also followed up with me afterwards to let me know about the curing process of the glue. Excellent service and a fair price. There was no problem setting an appointment and they were available much sooner than I anticipated. We encountered a couple of problems on the day of installation, but Tri-Cities made sure that it got done within the same day. This was my first experience with any auto glass services, and it will be my first call next time.

Jerry is a very well respectful man. I called him on a Friday at 4:30. When a rock went through, my wife's windshield in her truck. He was at our business by 5:30 and had the new window installed.
