We made an appointment to have the passanger window replaced in our 2016 Nissan Rogue. On the day of the appointment, the guy said he was unavailable. After complaining, he said he would send his partner to do the ob. We live in Aransas Pass, TX, so we set up a location to meet at the Trade Center in CC to have the window installed. When the guy showed up, he said he didn't have the window and he couldn't find it. He said he believed his partner sold it earlier that day. This company is a HUGE JOKE!!!! This business saved me today!! They answered me on a Saturday with no wait time and were quick to come to my location and install a new car window as mine was completely shattered. Just got a new windshield for my f250 and got a few rock chips repaired on my Mercedes sprinter. The people that came out were absolutely wonderful and did a great job. Called to get a quote. They answered with 'hello'... I asked if this was Pillars glass and he just said "yeah but I'm not available". Don't waist your time here, go to reputable business.
