So much to talk about why I am giving this company a 5 star review. First off he came out to my house right away. Was lower priced than anyone else I had called. Professional company that knows what they are doing. He was telling what he was doing and why. Then once he fixed my truck windshield I couldn't tell that there was or is a chip there in the first place. When I used another company about 8 years ago on my motorhome. I could still see the chip after they repaired it. But not only did they do a outstanding job of fixing the 2 spots on my windshield at the best price. But when two young people came to our house to ask about us donating to their mission trip that they were going on to Guatemala. As we were donating to the mission trip for them. The owner of Pioneer windshield repair finished and came up behind us and said take the money that you were going to pay me and donate it to their mission trip as well. WOW!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY AWESOME OWNER! I Hope that God blesses their business beyond compare!!! Thanks for fixing the Windshield and if and when we need another repair we will be calling Pioneer back up. As well as recommending every single person I know about this company. They also replace windshields as well!!!!!

i’m happy to write a glowing review of Pioneer Auto Glass. I’m away from home and when I woke up this morning and a small rock chip had widened all the way across my front windshield in the cold weather. I filed a claim and made three calls to local shops specializing in auto glass replacement. The first was a big name I had used for bodywork before. They informed me they would require my vehicle for at least six hours for calibration and couldn’t get me in until tomorrow. Henry over at Pioneer Auto Glass was ready to do business and could take care of the calibration and replacement and begin as soon as he could get the glass picked up in about an hour. He said the job would take about an hour. I later learned that the six-hour calibration was charged to insurance to maximize the repair bill, and the calibration would still be performed with a shorter time interval. I use my vehicle for work and could not be out of commission for six hours. So the decision to go with Pioneer Auto Glass for me was a no-brainer. They worked quickly with my insurance and the repair was professionally executed. I would use them again, five stars.

I did reach out to the owner and offered to give him an opportunity to earn 5 stars, but after months of reaching out and being ignored here we are. The installer chipped and scratched my son's BRAND new car during install and not 100% sure what he did to the seal, but a reputable company should have replaced the seal. I simply asked for them to get a dealer matched paint pen for us...($35)....not an unreasonable request!! Owner said the seal is a common side effect and its basically our problem. Sorry, but your supposed to be the expert and I was never warned about this potentially costly side affect. I did end up paying to have the windshield redone to replace the seal they damaged....I'm pissed! Spare yourself and use another company....its will be cheaper in the long run.

Friendly, quick turnaround, great work. I originally called a different shop that was much larger with several locations. Long story short, scheduling was a nightmare, I was given inconsistent information, and felt like a number. However, when I called Pioneer, I got straight through. My experience was completely different, and I felt valued as a customer. He needed to check to see if he could get the glass because Tesla can be weird. He texted soon after, letting me know he could do the work, the quoted price, and asked for my address so they could schedule service. That was Monday afternoon and they were out here on Wednesday. He worked directly with my insurance, so it was nice not having to navigate that. Thumbs up recommendation.

Henry answered my call asap & didn’t make any promises that he could come out to repair a nasty chip I got the day prior. I got off work a bit early so I let him know I’d be home in 45 minutes and sent him my address. I was praying he could get to me as I use my car for work so I wanted to make sure the crack didn’t spread. I was in the middle of eating when my camera went off.. & low & behold Henry was outside my door ready to fix my windshield about an hour after I texted him.. this is the best, most honest service you’ll receive with anything glass related! When I observed a crack on the windshield, the Pioneer Team (Henry) did an excellent job. I contacted Henry, who provided fast consultation and encouraged me to proceed with a replacement rather than a temporary patch, which could be risky. When I opted to replace after consulting with several vendors, I thought Henry was sincere and honest. He took the request and replaced the windshield flawlessly without much thought. He also did this on my driveway, without regard for the garage. Which enabled me to observe his effort and dedication. Thank you, Henry, for your outstanding effort and for maintaining the trust. He did this Service on April 14th, 2025 evening

There's a saying that you have to choose 2 out of 3 with price, quality, and timeline. It's not true, because this place can do all three. I was able to set an appointment entirely over text message by sending my VIN and home address. They showed up on time, texted when they were on the way, completed the job in about an hour, replaced my stickers and cameras/sensors, and I actually still can't believe how low the price was. This is definitely the place to choose!

Henry came to my windshield's aid promptly. I called him on a Sunday afternoon and explained my star cracked windshield. He mentioned he could come to my house but I was already on my way to a store in Cedar Park. He was in the area and said he could meet me at the store. He came by quickly and took care of my windshield. Had a good conversation with him while he was working I highly recommend Henry for your windshield repair needs. Thanks again Henry!

Absolutely amazing! Henry helped me out after a really stressful orderal involving a small chip to a large crack! I decided to go with Pioneer Auto Glass after reading the raving reviews, and I wanted a local company rather than a large corporation.
