I had a great experience with these guys. My Kia Soul got broken into 2 days ago - the perpetrators broke the rear passenger door window. I spent part of yesterday calling around for repair quotes. Brent was super helpful, friendly and patient - I called him several (3 or 4) times asking for the quote and follow-on questions. He gave me a quote over the phone, verified the part was in-house, and offered several schedule times to choose from for the next day. I called around and got other quotes; one was lower, all the rest were higher. These guys were recommended by ER Automotive and also had good reviews and, since Brent was so helpful and responsive, I chose them. They got started immediately after I arrived for my appointment. The waiting room was quiet and comfortable so I got to work while I waited. Took a bit over an hour, around the ballpark Brent estimated. And the final bill was exactly what Brent quoted me. When I first got in the car to leave I noticed some bits of glass still on the front passenger seat & center cup-holder so I asked Brent if they could clean it out and he was very nice and hopped right on it. It takes several sets of eyes to spot all the glass debris left when someone smashes a window - the shards go EVERYWHERE. Brent did additional cleanup and double-checked everywhere he could. So I am very thankful. The only bummer was totally my fault - I used really strong duct tape on my Kia's very old paint job to secure the temporary plastic (the last 2 days it rained a LOT). When they took off the duct tape, some spots of paint came off the door. But that wasn't their fault; it was mine. I should have used painter's tape. Lesson learned. These guys are lifesavers! Resourceful, friendly, and efficient! After my car was in the shop (a different issue and location) held up for supply chain issues for 6 months, I needed someone to replace my windshield and was nervous that I would have to wait another 6 months for the part to come in. LPAG not only hunted down a windshield from the OEM, they were able to get it shipped within the week and scheduled me for the repair immediately the next day. The car lot was clean, gated so I wasn't worried about my car overnight, and I never had to wait to be greeted once in the lobby. The workers were friendly and although the work only took 3 hours, I opted to wait until the next morning and everything was ready for me. As expected, I only had to pay the deductible, and everything was clearly documented on the receipt. They explained that I needed to keep the tape on for a couple days, and answered all my questions. My inspection and TxTag stickers were re-applied in eerily perfect alignment. I originally had an appointment with Safelite auto on Howard Lane through Geico. I went to Safelite at 9 AM and at 10 AM. They called me and told me that they could not do my windshield replacement, because there was some black epoxy on top of the glass on the sides from the previous owner of my Sequoia When I went back to pick up my key, they advised me that I would have to take it to a body shop and get all that removed and then reschedule after that. They had already taken the $250 out of my bank , I advised the receptionist that I will not be back here ever. I told my friend what had happened and he said let's stop at Low Price auto glass on the way home as two years ago he had his windshield replaced there. I sure wish you would've told me prior. I pulled in there they came out, looked at it and said no problem that will come off when we pull the old window off, So I set an appointment for 3 o'clock the same day , I got back there at 2pm they took me right in. I was out in an hour, it was the best experience. I can't say enough about the way they treat their customers the cleanliness, and the job that was done on my windshield.

I was sent here by a third party. LPAG assured the third party that they had my windshield in stock. I called LPAG and was able to “get in” same day. They were well aware of the experience with the third party and assured me it would only take an hour. After two hours waiting I asked for an update. I was told “oh they delivered to the wrong location” when I asked why I wasn’t informed I was told “eh… uh I thought he told you before he left.” When I asked how long until the windshield arrives and how long to install, I was told “it will be here in 20-30 minutes and we have everything ready to go, so not long.” 2 1/2+ hours later I am STILL waiting for an update, a windshield, my car… since I have ample idle time on my hands, I figured I’d use their Wi-Fi to give a review and save others the hassle.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Nicest and most helpful people in the office. They do the BEST work and are truly LOW COST and high quality. I have used them for my company to replace 5 commercial windshields, 1 personal windshield, and I will not go anywhere else. I simply call for availability and if they have material in-stock they usually get me in within a day or sooner. If they don't have material in-stock they get it quickly. PLUS they repair rock chips on new windshields for 1 year!! Professional, helpful, honest, and affordable...all great qualities and a company I hope stays around for a long time. Like many others, my car's windshield got damaged by the hail storm at the end of September and needed to be replaced. I made an appointment last week and today, I brought my car in shortly after 12pm to have it taken care of. The efficiency of the place is quite impressive; from the moment I walked in until I drove off, the entire process took less than an hour, and the job, from what I can tell, is pretty darn good. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and the price. While I would not want to have my car's windshield replaced again (It would mean something bad must have happened 😅), for those who need it, I will recommend Low Price Auto Glass of Cedar Park without hesitation.

While replacing my front window they cracked the dashboard and put a hole in the middle of the center dash AC vent. In addition, scratch marks were also on the inside by the upper window. The manager response was that the dashboard was already cracked – it was NOT. The manager said that he was responsible for the hole but not the crack. I was told to go and get the hole fixed but they were not responsible for anything else. How do you fix a hole in a center dash AC vent? The entire section will need to get replaced. This location is amazing. I started at another location and they were awful. Don't hesitate, these guys are honest and hardworking and do an excellent job. It's hard to find anyone anymore who is as sincere and professional. And talented at what they do. 1000% recommend them. They really pulled me out of a bad situation and went above and beyond for me. I will never use anyone else. (Hope I never need my windshield replaced!) Excellent quality and service. Nice waiting area too. Oh! and I almost forgot to mention they are dog lovers. There were 2 dogs there when I went.... Awesome!

Despite a small miscommunication in the specific model of my car, and the order of the wrong windshield, Low Price Auto Glass of Cedar Park had me in and out within an hour and charged me the quoted price. Great service quality service. Updated: Something that makes this company even better. My windshield developed a tiny leak, I called up the company and they told me to come in anytime that was convenient for me. Not only did they fix the minuscule leak, they told me if the problem continued to happen they would replace the entire windshield for free. Best customer service!

UPDATE: I am really impressed with the owners' commitment to making things right with their customers! They redid the windshield installation as promised and did a great job. Definitely a business I would recommend as a consumer looking for a place you can trust. Replace windshield here. Significant amount of air was blowing in from bottom left corner. Had to go back twice to patch. First patch made big difference in the amount of air coming through. Air leak still there but gave up on going back to patch. Wish it had been done right the first time.
