I had a great experience! I had a crack in my windshield and initially went to a shop who said I would have to leave my car with them the entire day. I didn't want to do that, so a coworker suggested finding someone who would come out to me instead. After a quick google, I called All Around Auto Glass at 11am and they were able to come out by 3pm. The price they gave was the same as the shop and fell into the range google suggested it would be for a replacement. The change itself was quick, efficient, and there was no mess left behind. The glue needed to dry for a couple of hours so just make sure you are somewhere you don't mind staying for that amount of time. I was at work so it worked out perfectly. After calling a couple of other locations on a Saturday morning and getting no response, David answered immediately. I told him what I would need, and he said he would give me a call back with an estimate. Five minutes later, he called me back and had researched the job he would be doing. He was able to provide an estimate and offer same day service. He and his teammate came to my home a few hours later and replaced both of my front window regulators. David was very friendly and willing to do whatever I was comfortable with. Price was a chunk, but it was money well spent for the excellent service. David was very professional! My car was broken into in april due to the whole tiktok trend kia’s & hyundai’s, and I was affected by this! David saved the day for me after 2 long months of no window due to the breakin! He was very fast, very communicative and very professional!! He came to me!! My son-in-laws window got broken out while in San Antonio at a conference the morning coming back to the Dallas area. I called All Around Auto Glass and got an immediate answer and quote. I was concerned about scheduling and timing since he would not be back in the area until around 3:00 pm, but David (the owner) gave me a quote and scheduled the repair for that time! The quote was fair and the professionalism was awesome! He showed up 5 minutes early and completed the job (rear passenger window) in less than 30 minutes! He even vacuumed the broken glass out of the grass.....who would even do that LOL! I highly recommend him!

THIS is a company you'll want to use again and again for all your auto glass needs! Seriously, David was so incredible. I called him in the late evening and he came out the next day by 1:00 p.m. He was professional, efficient, and did an amazing job fixing the rock chip on my windshield. You can barely see any imperfections in the glass at all now! He even tried to make a previously (poorly) repaired rock chip better for free. The heck with Safelite. Hire this guy! David was super nice and responded quickly. He comes right to you and can get your glass pretty quick. He cuts glass himself, so he knows the business inside and out. He even transferred my toll tag and registration sticker over to my new windshield for me! He can order OEM glass or aftermarket glass and help save you money. It was discovered the aftermarket glass he put in my vehicle was a little stronger than the OEM glass. I was very pleased with his service!

David was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive to my inquiry and super knowledgeable. I appreciate how precise he was & how he made sure to educate me during the servicing and afterwards to help ensure I don't have the issue again.
