IF I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS I WOULD. Absolutely horrible customer service do not recommend having your window serviced here. Owner is absolutely rude and does not take ownership whatsoever. We had our Acura windshield serviced due to a leak and he said the leak was not from our windshield and was instead from the sunroof. We then had our sunroof serviced and when it rained today we notice that the leak was still there. We called the owner and asked is there was anyway he could put sealant in a spot close to the windshield to which he responded that isn’t going to fix the problem but to bring the car in Monday to which we politely responded okay and moved on. We then went to remove the tape off the window because it was time to do so and noticed that the seal was coming up with the tape and called immediately to make the owner aware to which he immediately started screaming and saying that it was our fault that we brought him a car with problems (as would any car that is being brought into a REPAIR shop) and that we were just looking for someone to blame as well as calling us derogatory slurs instead of trying to make amends. His behavior is absolutely unacceptable and has no business owning a business.

So, I went here because over the weekend someone broke out my daughters back glass to her truck. Everything seemed fined until I went to pick up her truck. The glass was installed badly, (pic included) and pieces were missing. The guy insisted that those things were missing, so I would have to guy buy that The wires were taped to the glass, not reset with the proper wire covers. He told me that they don't get those with the glass, so I would have to go and buy that as well. When I finally got to the fact that the glass was not in properly, he literally stormed off, said give him 20 minutes and he would have the glass of because clearly he couldn't make me happy. I never once raised my voice and simply asked can you make it fit correctly? He said no, it was as good as it would get. I let him take it off and took my vehicle elsewhere. I'd leave more than 5 stars if I could! We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. There was 0 wait and they were flexible on appointment times as long as I let them know in advance! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wanted good, quick service with a warranty. I left him a message about my situation at 1:30, he called me back by 1:45 and made an appointment for 2 that same day! He fixed the dent in my windshield within 15 minutes and only charged $20. Safelite gave me an estimate of $120 for the same job (and that was if I went to their shop). He does great work too. A few years ago I had him stop a crack that was spreading and it hasn't spread at all since he fixed it. I love this business and I would highly recommend it!

Great Experience from start to finish. Had a quote when I called and made an appointment. On appointment dropped off vehicle in the am and by lunch time he had my vehicle ready with new windshield replaced. We were driving from Ruidosa NM to Lufkin TX when we got a chip in our windshield. We were in Post. I googled auto windshield repair and called several places. Prices ranged from $120 -$20. The owner met us in the driveway, repaired the windshield and we were back on the road in 10 minutes. We had a great experience!

I made an appointment on Thursday, Jay got me in Friday morning and had my windshield installed and recalibrated within an hour. They were busy too. People kept coming in 1 after another.
