Quick service and genuine....Highly recommended!! John (Owner) answered the call first time calling and was very genuine. He assured me he could make the repair to my windshield and worked around my schedule to visit me at my location. He has been doing these for over 25 years and does a lot work with local car dealers. VERY prompt and informative on his prep work and described the process for me. He said that there might still be a small spot of the initial chip but overall very happy and satisfied with his service and more importantly his customer service!!!! If you have a chip smaller than a quarter give John a call. He will do you right!

John, the owner, was very quick to respond to set up a repair even though he was on vacation. Matt, the technician, was great to communicate along the way and was helpful in all aspects of the windshield repair. Although the crack was not able to be repaired due to its size, Matt was able to recommend a trusted windshield company for replacement. Professional service at about two thirds the price of Safelite. I figure they don't have the franchise expenses. And yes, they come to you. It's hard to find someone to seal a ding these days; everybody wants to sell you a new windshield, even when it isn't necessary. Be advised that there's a real likelihood that maybe 20% of the crack could be visible after the repair, Cam is upfront about things like that. Also be advised, 20% is negligible, no one will notice. I called and spoke with John (Owner) he had NO problem going to Belmont University and repairing my daughters windshield. Super nice man - very friendly to my daughter, called her when he arrived and the glass was repaired in less than 30 minutes! THANK YOU SO MUCH Music City Windshield Repair! Had two dings in my windshield, looked around for the franchise competitors and they all had low stars, found this and I was completely satisfied with his work. He was very kind and reasonable over the phone when discussing the availability. He came out to my place and fixed both dings in about 45 minutes. They both look much better now, he did the job well. He was genuine and honest throughout the whole process. If I have any other dings in the future I know who I’ll be calling.

Honest and trustworthy! I contacted him to see if my windshield could be repaired. After coming to my home, we concluded that because of how far the crack had spread , it was beyond repair.
