So thankful for Daniel today! Went to a local dealership because my rearview mirror bracket came unglued. Figured it would be a simple in-and-out service. After all, it’s just glue, right? NOPE. They said they wouldn’t touch my vehicle because the rearview mirror is attached to the windshield…but aren’t they all??? LOL. So they tell me I’ll need to just get a new windshield…but there’s nothing wrong with my windshield now. I went round and round with them to no avail. I called Danny, and within 5 minutes he not only knew the issue, but had a simple, $30 solution AND met me where I was to fix it! He fully realizes how dealerships scam people and is such an honest dude. Danny, thank you so so much again for your help today!

I had a fantastic experience with AAA Auto Glass! They worked with me when I had to reschedule at the last minute, and then when I arrived at the shop today, everyone was very polite and professional. I had two cracks/chips I had recently discovered in my windshield. After calling around town as well as researching online and comparing prices, I decided AAA was the most reasonable option especially because I was having to pay out of pocket due to not having any glass coverage separate from my comprehensive insurance on m policy. And let me tell you, I was not disappointed! Danny was very courteous when asking for my keys, and after a short wait, when the work was complete, he showed me into the shop so that I could review his work myself. He was very thorough and straightforward, explaining the work he did for my particular situation, showing me the results and explaining what I could possibly expect as far as maintenance of my windshield in the future. The entire AAA Auto Glass staff was genuinely helpful and professional, treating me with all the respect and care I imagine they provide for every customer that walks through their door. They hold their handiwork to a very high standard and express a positive work ethic throughout the entire customer service experience. It really meant a lot to me that they treated me with the respect I felt I deserved, and communicated everything clearly and concisely. So, due to all of these reasons, I highly recommend using AAA for any of your automotive glass repair needs. Be sure to give them a call after you’ve done your own research…or just save yourself the hassle of calling around town, and make their company your go-to first thing! You won’t be disappointed!! I recently had my windshield replaced and things didn't go smoothly...the gasket that arrived was the wrong color so it had to be sent back. When the correct gasket arrived Auto Glass Service replaced my windshield and and everything looked great but it wasn't... while driving down the interstate a piece of body trim around my windshield flew off. Apparently the clips that hold the trim in place had weakened when the windshield was replaced and just gave away at interstate speed. So why do these guys get five stars? Because they stood behind their work at every step of the way. They were eager to replace the part and they didn't put in the slightly wrong colored gasket because it didn't look exactly right. If you want to use a company that is there for you when things don't go smoothly Troy and the team at Auto Glass Service are right for you

If you are in need of an Auto Windshield Replacement, have I got the place for you! I am not kidding. Hatchett Automotive Glass is awesome in every way, and every step along the way. My husband did a search on the internet for auto windshield replacement, and requested a quote from three companies. Within one hour, Richard from Hatchett Automotive Glass responded, with a quote. He was the first one to get back to us. And this quote was based on the VIN number. We were cautious because we had just experienced an untrustworthy quote from a more "corporate" auto glass company and were gun shy. Now listen to this, I went in today. My appointment was for 10 am. I arrived on time (which means a bit early), and I was walking out of there by 10:30 am. Not kidding. This is a VERY large shipping/receiving complex. If you are coming in to deliver or pick up there is alot of room here to overnight park if you need to. Clean, quiet . Safe. Got in late at night to make a morning appt , could not find a place along the way to Knoxville that wasn't over packed truck parking ... so I was forced to come straight to this Receiver to chance parking here . I am sure glad I did . I backed into my dock and slept peacefully till morning 🌄. Very nice experience delivering here . Beautiful landscaping and perfect pavement . Easy and huge Entrance !

I did not receive a receipt until the following day and only after contacting customer service. My technician told me I would receive one in 5-10 minutes after the service. It was only after he left that I even received the text message saying my technician was beginning the work on my car- and only the following day that I received all the other texts saying they are wrapping up the work and that they’ve completed the work. The receipt is clearly an email you should receive in the moment when you pay because it tells you the time you can safely drive your car again. When I contacted customer service they told me the reason I hadn’t received the receipt yet was because the money was only authorized. But actually the email I got today literally even provides a pre-authorization receipt. It was all pretty shady. And I was supposed to receive text messages with the ETA of my technician but I never received those either so I didn’t know what time he was coming until he called to say he was on his way.
