They replaced the window on the front passenger door, but they managed to break something so now the door will not open from the inside. They said they would replace it but have given me excuse after excuse as to why they haven't done it yet. It has been at least 5 months since this has happened and the last update I got was that he was waiting on a part from Ford, but that was in July.

I was very impressed with the prices, the customer service, and how quick the turnaround time was. Had them replace both my front windshield and rear window in my 06 Chevy Silverado actually vacuumed up what I had missed from rear being shattered. Very professional guys. Cheaper than anywhere else I could find and led half the price of the one you see on tv commercials everyday.

Had a great experience in January. Crack the same windshield in July. Called three times texted twice even replied to the original January text with the VIN number. Nothing after a week. Called another company hundred less and very responsive.
