Jack Morris an Auto Glass Now Company

This is my first experience at having a windshield replaced at home. The Jack Morris representative called when he was in route to my house to let me know when he would be there. He arrived on time. I had two windshield replaced and a chip "glued". In approximately three hours he was finished with all three vehicles. He was professional, courteous, and apparently good at what he did. He was also thorough in his instructions when he left. It has only been less than a week since the work was done, but I have no complaints. I have always used a body shop to replace my glass in the past. I will use Jack Morris Mobile service for all my future glass replacements. I didn't have to either wait or leave my vehicle. Had an appointment for today. No show- even called about 2:30. Was told the tech would call me, no call. Called back at 4:45- was told the tech or his supervisor would call. No calls. Bad business. Ver unhappy customer after waiting all day. Update- next day- they just put us on schedule for the next day, no call or text. Wouldn't have known but I called in. But still no call until midmorning. Just went with other company for cheaper price and no hassle. Couldn't believe this experience, they should have at least been to our place the first thing the next morning. Poo- poor business manager. And the response is just automatic. You still get the 800 people. And they are wonderful, but have no control over poor management at the store.

I went there after work about 4:15 and they were closing at 5:00 but they were as nice they ask if they could help. I explain that I had a small rock chip in my windshield . They got a technician to go outside and look at it he was very professional explain what they could do I ask if they could fix it now he say sure. I went back in office ladies were very nice and courteous they took my information and got things started.They took my car in and fixed the rock chip. It was a little after 5: 00 when they finished . I would refer anyone if they need windshield or glass repair please give them a call or go by they were great to do business with. Thanks to everyone at Jack Morris in Jackson Tennessee. I unfortunately had to come here 2 days in a row, not due to anything on their part but because I apparently have awful luck with rocks and windshields. The first time it took about a half an hour and I was done. The second time I came in 10 minutes before closing and the same guy from the previous day was nice enough to still get me fixed up and was done in 20 minutes. I appreciate the quick service but most of all, I appreciate the empathy on the workers part to get me taken care of even though, I'm sure he was ready to go!

Cannot attest to the installation of my windshield, because when the tech showed up to change it he saw that wasn’t what needed done. The weatherstripping on the cowl had dry rotted and I mistakenly thought it was for the windshield. The tech took one look, and instead of installing the windshield he told us that this part is basically cosmetic and can be replaced by us with a part from Amazon. HONESTY got that man a decent tip for not doing a damn thing.

I'm not good with names but I spoke to a lovely lady at JM on Friday and she was so nice. Made an appt to come to my home for today to have a quarter glass replaced on my car. The gentleman called beforehand to let me know when he would arrive. He was friendly, professional and didn't take long to install the glass. The customer service is top tier and the price for service was affordable. I highly recommend them!

When a semi-truck lobs a rock onto your windshield, you can come to Jack Morris Auto Glass and they will fix it before it gets too bad. Everybody is very nice and I only had to wait 30 minutes for them to fix it. If you need a total windshield or other window replacement, it would be advisable to get an appointment, before coming in. I didn't have an appointment and they were very fast and good quality. Thank you

Windshield replacement went great! The installer was very nice and did a great job! It was the inability to supposedly calibrate the windshield because my vehicle is a 2024 model Rogue. I went to Jackson to get it done. One guy said they couldn’t do it another guy said “it’s fixed”. If you’re dealing with windshields, then you should be able to calibrate. D. Surratt

Had an appointment set up today to have my windshield replaced. They never showed after sitting all day waiting. I called 3 times to see why my technician still hadn’t showed since it was 4:45pm and they hung up on my all three times. Never got a call saying the Technician couldn’t make it or anything. Bad business! Go elsewhere folks
