I am so impressed with the service I received at Caliber Collision! Mr. Steven Allen was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process. He made sure to keep me informed and addressed all my concerns. The repair quality is top-notch, and I'm thrilled that my car was returned a day ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone in need of auto body repair.

I am incredibly disappointment with the service I most recently received. Prior to my most recent experience I really enjoyed the level of service I received. I rode hard for this place and recommended it to several people. On December 13th 2024 I brought my vehicle in for simple front end damage repairs. My insurance company did everything they could to talk me out of bringing my vehicle here and I fought right back to be able to have my car brought to Caliber. I sure wish I listened. I was told there would probably be a slight delay in getting parts because it was close to Christmas. It was 2 weeks before Christmas but i agreed and went about. It has now taken 2 months and still very little process. My car stayed stagnant for almost 2 weeks because one of their advisors quit. I’m not sure what that has to do with the mechanic fixing my car but nonetheless, nothing was done during that 2 weeks. My rental car was only covered for 50 days and somehow during that 50 days, my car still hasn’t been finished. I called February 3rd and was assured my car would be done within 2 days. I called February 5th and was told my car didn’t actually need what they said it needed and that it would be done tomorrow. I called February 6th and was told there’s a part in the mail and it hasn’t come in yet and it will be done the following day. It’s February 7th and I still don’t have my car. This has been nothing short of a headache. After this experience I cannot recommend this place to anyone else.

I would easily highly recommend Caliber in Jackson to anyone in West Tennessee. I couldn't be more impressed with the shop from start to finish, specifically though with Jonathan my service advisor he is truly wonderful at his job. I was anxious as never having to deal with car insurance claims and the added in stress of being 15 hours from home for work, but he made my experience with them very comfortable & better than I could have expected. He was more than helpful, incredibly patient & always kind even with all my extra questions & calls during the time they were working on my car (sorry!! ). He called me to go over my estimate completely before submitting it & accurately kept me up to date through the whole process up until getting my car back today. My car also looks amazing, you can't even tell any damage had ever occurred so thank you to everyone that had helped me & worked on it!

My car was fixed on an insurance claim. It entered the shop the very beginning of the month, with a projected finish date of June 28th. They had to tow it from Memphis to Jackson TN. They made sure to let me know every detail of what is being done. They recieved the parts quickly and finished my repairs a whole week ahead of schedule. When I got my car back, they made sure to explain what was done and gave me an itemized report of the work. My car is a 2024 Subaru, so there is fine tuning required for the traffic assisting sensors. I had 7 different lights on my dash of faults, and I presumed I would need to take it to subaru to get them recalibrated. No lights were on when I got it back, and every feature is working as it should. The car somehow came back looking better than it was before the wreck! Very thankful they treated my vehicle with special care.

I wrecked my car and called Caliber to set up an appt. The lady Ashley was really kind and even called me back when a spot was available. This lady really got me in a whole week earlier and that’s the kindest thing ever that she chose me to Call back. She had everything handled and when I came in the receptionist had everything we needed already so the process was even smoother. I was even able to leave my car since it was unable to be driven. The gentleman looked at my car and explained the process. Everyone seemed to know their stuff and it goes so far. My car was sent to Jackson for repair and I just got it back. I was updated the entire way. This process could not have gone any smoother! This is m second time using Caliber Collision. These guys are awesome. This is where I’ll go for all my vehicles. I am very pleased with the work Caliber Collision did to my lower front grill on my 2019 Chevy Camero. A rabbit jumped out right in front of my car and tore the lower grill. One thing is for certain, these guys are no joke. They take pride in their work and meet all expectations of what they stand by and for. Guaranteed customer satisfaction. In a day and age that frankly customer service is severly lacking, Randy and his team at Caliber exceeded all expectations of professionalism, follow-up, awareness and quality. From the receptionist to the repair team; complete professionalism and service oriented! All questions and concerns were handled with details of the "why and when" all timely and precise. Quality was second to none, and we were constantly made aware of status. This organization is 5 star!!! Outstanding!! I wasn’t super impressed with this place but it was in network with my HORRIBLE insurance (Progressive). Word to the wise, if you have progressive then switch. They will send out an adjuster that will deny your claim, and it’s completely unfounded (I have a water leak in jeep after a tree hit it- progressive denied saying this wasn’t a result of the tree hitting it). Some of the staff there at caliber are professional and some are the worst. The exterior of my jeep looks fairly decent. But they left broken glass in my jeep (my back left window was busted out- that was the main thing being fixed). So if your insurance gives you a choice, I’d go somewhere else.

My experience with Caliber Collision was incredible. From start to finish, they were fantastic. I have no complaints at all. From the manager (Paul) to customer service, to the gentleman in the body shop that I got to meet, they were very professional and customer driven. I received regular text messages keeping me informed of the progress throughout the week, and I was absolutely floored when I got there to pick up my car. It looks like a brand new vehicle. The repairs were timely and aesthetically satisfactory. Paint on Challengers can be difficult to match, but the Caliber team did an excellent job. Caliber really exceeded my expectations with customer service. Michael went above and beyond to keep me updated and informed throughout the repair process. I cannot emphasize enough how happy I was with the communication that I received during my repairs. Knowing the status of my vehicle really gave me peace of mind. While I hope to avoid the need for repairs in the future, I know that any vehicle I have will be in safe hands with the Caliber team if needed!
