I cannot express my appreciation for the professionalism that Zach demonstrated while he replaced our window. This is the third time we’ve used him, and will request him by name next time a window needs replacing. I would like to mention, that the insurance wanted us to go to the dealer. In fact, it took almost two weeks for it got approved. 🤷‍♂️ I’m just glad we were persistent and that Terra was able to get past the dealers shenanigans! Again, job well done

Steven, Zak and Carlos replaced my windshield in less than an hour! They were such a pleasure to deal with, very professional and customer friendly. They discussed everything along the way so I knew what they were doing. They vacuumed out my car when they were done. These young men deserve a raise, I couldn't be more satisfied. Definitely will recommend this company.

Responsive to scheduling difficulties in first 5 days after insurance request. Ended up doing at work. Zachary(Tilly?) called today in the morning to give me an afternoon 2 hour window. He was professional, told me what I could and could not do with it in next 24 hrs. He provided paperwork and business card and clear information on warranty. Would recommend to anyone.

I needed to replace the rear window on my company truck. I called over 10 companies and AAA Auto Glass was $500 cheaper. They ordered the glass for my tuck and the next morning installed it in no time. Very nice and knowledgeable people with great customer service . I couldn’t be more happy

On time,great job, professional. Took out my broken windshield ( which was still the factory 1996 t-100 toyota with vin # etched on passenger cornor.) and installed new windshield. Price was excellent for windshield and labor. Thanks. AAA auto glass

The company replaced my RAV4 sunroof in less than a week and did a great job. The staff is knowledgeable and professional and keep me informed of the progress on the job and worked with my insurance company for payment. I highly recommend them!

Came out to my house to replace my windshield. Best price around. Amazing customer service. Both techs that came out were amazing. Came during the time they said they were going to. Had it replaced and recalibrated in an hour.
