I’ve had an absolute terrible experience here. My windshield got cracked and I created a claim with my auto insurance and this was a company listed. It said it had mobile services so I called to schedule. They said for my type of window, I would have to come in. Didn’t make sense because I had my same windshield replaced in Florida by a mobile service. Either way o just wanted to take care of it so I scheduled for in shop. The first appointment was quick but they cracked the replacement when putting it in. No biggie, things happen. They said to come back another day to have it redone. We come back and are told that the windshield wasn’t in the shop. They said to come back in a few hours which we could not do. We told them we would reschedule when we had a better idea of our schedule. We end up getting a call from an employee saying their mobile service was being rolled out and they could come to us. I had bad service and said I’d call back. I call back and get another person who says that can’t be done, my type of window has to be done in shop… again. I schedule for their earliest was 2 weeks out. Get in today, it’s been 3 hours and we’re just told that they cannot calibrate it correctly and I might have to take it somewhere else. I’m livid. My windshield was replaced and calibrated by a mobile service in an hour prior to this. Why can’t the shop get it right in 3? Update: they got it done. Still ridiculous the process it took to get here. If I ever find myself needing glass services, it won’t be done here.

I could not be happier with my experience with these guys! I had a rather large crack show up on my front windshield and through some suggestions, was recommended Jack Morris. I called to schedule and on that same phone call she had already prepared a quote for what out-of-pocket cost would be. I was going through my insurance, but they offered to get me in the very next day. I could not make that work, but even getting on the schedule in the same week was impressive. I showed up and was told it would be a couple of hours between install and calibration. I was surprised so he had asked if I was informed that when I made the appointment. I was told a calibration would be needed, but not how long it would take. I let him know I would be waiting as I did not have a ride so kind of just figured I had a couple hours to tough it out. Well, exactly one hour later and they were done! One of the guys from the front office assisted in the replacement knowing I was waiting to get me out of there quicker. The customer service was A+ and I would recommend everyone to Jack Morris. Thanks guys!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Can’t comment on the actual windshield replacement as they never came to actually perform any service for me. Scheduled for a Friday, get a call that the technician called out and would need to reschedule. They rescheduled me for the next week. Called to say they would be there around 2:30-4:30. By 4:35 I still hadn’t heard from anyone, so I attempted to call to reschedule because I wasn’t keen on waiting another hour (technician told me it would take an hour to perform the service). I waited for about 15 min on hold before choosing the call back prompt from the answering service and left work (where they were coming to replace the windshield) to go home. They finally called me back to let me know the technician was stuck in traffic and couldn’t come at 5:35. I understand things happen, but a little notice would be nice. I told the girl on the phone I would not be rescheduling and would be going elsewhere and she proceeded to attempt to call me back twice before I blocked the number. An overall terrible experience.

Absolutely tiresome. They replaced my windshield and failed to tell me that they don't do the recalibrations. So I had to call my insurance co. and they promised to reimburse me for the recalibration if I took it to my dealership. So, I did, and they came back to tell me that the guy that replaced my windshield had broken a sensor/wire connection in my rearview mirror camera that connects to the pre collision system. Altogether, this would cost $750 to recalibrate and repair the camera. Not only did he not tell me couldn't calibrate my pre collision system from the start, he broke a sensor that further puts me away from driving safely. Absolutely ridiculous and annoying at this point. I already had to wait months for the windshield, which I was excited for.NegativeProfessionalismServicesAuto windshield replacement

Jack Morris auto glass is the best in the business. Brian the manager made sure we were completely happy, after the install. And went out of his way to find extra parts that were missing. He took his time making sure all the broken glass was vacuumed up. You couldn't even tell there was a broken window after he finished. But what sets them apart is the customer service , Brian was professional polite and very timely with the fix, he made sure everything was properly done and we were completely happy before closing out the insurance claim. Ask for Brian when you call Jack Morris auto Glass for your broken window needs !!!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesInstallation, Auto rear window replacement

I noticed a small crack this morning around 9am. I spoke with my agent who suggested a glass company out of Franklin, but I gave Jack Morris Auto Glass a call because they’re local. I spoke with Crystal and asked her if I could make an appointment because I planned on parking my car out in the sun this weekend and didn’t want the crack to spread. She told me if I could come to the shop now, they could have me repaired in about 10 mins. True to their word, when I arrived Crystal had my information pulled up the technician Jason had his tools ready to go and I was in and out in 10 mins! I would recommend them to anyone looking for glass repair!

I had an issue with my drivers side window which I thought was shattered. The original estimate was $250 which I was happy to pay as it was $150 less than the National Chains. The tech came to my house and found that I did not need a new window but a mechanism that makes the window go up and down. They did not charge me for the service call and had me get the part online. It costs $46. They charged me $90 to put it in and had it done in less than an hour. I highly recommend this business! They could have charged me way more than what I paid and I appreciate their honesty and integrity.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism

My experience with Jack Morris in Columbia, TN was excellent. After dropping off my vehicle it was determined that they had ordered the wrong windshield because I gave them bad information. I didn't know I had a heated windshield when they asked me that exact question when setting up the appointment. They went out of their way and drove 2 hours to pick up the correct windshield. Completely my fault. Instead of putting off the appointment, they jumped into action to solve the problem that I created. You do not see this level of customer service anymore. Grateful for their genuine desire to take care of the customer. It shows. Bravo!

I just want to compliment the folks at Jack Morris. They recently replaced my cracked windshield for the third time in the last several years, and did their usual fine job. Though like many companies these days, they’re a little short handed on workers, the manager himself made the trip to my home and replaced my windshield. He was very courteous and professional and quickly had my car ready again. The nice lady in their office was kind and made sure everything went smoothly. I highly recommend these folks!

Couldn't be happier with Jack Morris Auto Glass. Great customer service starting with Crystal answering the phones to Jason helping us with our chipped windshield. I called to make sure we could just bring in our vehicle to get a quote and we could. We brought it in and it was quoted and repaired within 10 minutes (includes a lifetime guarantee) with a decent price as well. Thank you, Crystal and Jason, for helping enjoy the rest of our TN trip with ease!!! -Aussies exploring TN
