D & H Auto Glass

I don’t often write reviews but I was so impressed by this business that I felt compelled to do so. The shop is clean and orderly, and the gentleman running it were very courteous and professional. The price was much more affordable then then others I had called. And the work is flawless. Really, I wasnt able to differentiate between the factory installed windshield and the one they installed. This workmanship coupled with all the other things I mentioned make for a pleasantly satisfying experience. D&H is a wonderful example of a quality driven business. I will go to them for their services from here on out. Great job!

This company is unprofessional. Where should be a molding they put just glass glue and said " It would be better, trust me". They never even ask if the owner is fine with it. Broke the side molding clips and never said anything just put glass glue there to hold it for some time that the owner did not see. It was our first time and last one. Please think twice before you go there. These guys do not have a sense of proper work. They may be okay for cars 30 years old to do the job but even for that, I would be cautious to hire them to do anything on my vehicle. It was a big mistake.

Although very friendly on the phone, the next available appointment was 6 days out. When I came into the office prior to my appointment to get a written estimate, I was told “We don’t do that here”. The service lady became immediately rude, almost hostile. I wasn’t asking for anything formal, could have been on a business card. She refused. I’m usually the person who shops local to support locals but this one’s worth driving to Chattanooga to get the repair done. No attitude needed. Just a piece of glass.

Dropped Jeep off one morning and got a call to pick it up few hours later. Did a very good job and saved me $130+ from cost of franchise place in Chattanooga,TN we highly recommend this place for any glass repair they do great work and save you lots of money. D&H recently replaced the rear glass on my truck after part of the slider was busted from tornado debris. D&H installed a solid glass and it looks perfect and even had some darkness for privacy!
