I did not have a good experience with American Auto Glass in Antioch TN. After the repair, I noticed visible scratches on the paint near the repaired area, and it appears the window seal was also damaged during the process. I was told I would receive a receipt after the service, however, I never received one. I followed up by contacting Angel Gramer to request it, but I never got a response. He has ignored my texts and my calls. However, when I called to ask for a quote for a window repair, he was very responsive. After the repair, I was ignored. I know they also have another listing under American Auto Glass 18 in La Vergne TN. The contact number for the Antioch TN listing is 615-906-3641. The contact number for the listing in La Vergne TN is 629-729-3172. Please know these are the same people. Unfortunately, I was not happy with my window repair. I know how stressful it can be to have your car window replaced. Unfortunately, Mr. Gramer seems to take advantage of people who are not aware of his shady dealings. Please do your research when needing a window repair and read the reviews. Both above-named listings are not honest.

I cannot say enough good things about this auto glass company! My vehicle's sunroof was damaged last night during a car break-in outside of my house, and I was devastated. I called around to multiple companies for quotes, and they were the only ones who quoted me a reasonable price - literally half of what the others were asking for. Not only did they give me a great price, but they also came to my house within an hour of my phone call. They were able to find the part I needed when every other company in the area told me I would have to find it on my own. The technician was professional, efficient, and had the job done in no time. The customer service was top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. 10/10 would recommend this company to anyone in need of auto glass repair. To start things off, I want to note that I am visiting downtown Nashville, TN while raining, so this job was required to be under shelter. They had no issue with meeting us in a parking garage lot to keep the vehicle dry. They were very willing to meet our location needs in general! The job had the quickest turnaround I've experienced in a long time. The materials they used were professional grade and they were careful and precise with every step they took. The communication between us were phenomenal! They explained everything including price and options in detail. I highly recommend this company to those who require their services! The owner of business is very unprofessional when I first contacted him he was very kind but after they received payment and I was asking certain questions and needed a reciept the person he sent wouldn’t provide one left and said he would send it then when I contacted him he wouldn’t answer the phone then start texting me calling me a Karen and being very rude also told me he can’t give me a receipt until later bc he is with customers I do not recommend this company unless you are desperate it is now 3 days later he still never provided a receipt but keeps telling me he will give me one they also have no warranty

I have a vehicle I use to rent out on Turo. I had a renter return the car on a Saturday morning with a cracked windshield. I had another renter picking up the vehicle on Sat afternoon, about 6 hours later. I began calling around immediately to find someone who could fix the windshield in time for a reasonable price. Fortunately, I found Angel and his guys. They were able to get the windshield replaced with quality work and the car was ready to go back out with 4 hours to spare!! Definitely will be my go-to for all my auto glass needs!!

We were in Brentwood, TN to celebrate someone’s birthday. The window of our vehicle got broken out by thieves. I called around on a Saturday morning to see who could replace and install a window. American Auto Glass was over an hour away from our hotel but someone came and completed the job thoroughly and timely. With it being a Saturday and with all the traffic, the gentleman communicated with me while he was on his way to us, which I greatly appreciated. The photo is a before the window was replaced.

Traveling cross country with a 36’ trailer on the back of my truck. The trailer broke the rear window of my truck. Oi contacted American Auto and they told me they had a match for the window. I told them I would be there in 3 hours and they were very patient and kind. I arrived and they immediately started working on repairing my glass. They had me in and out in about 20 minutes. They were super friendly and kind. Offered us water and a comfortable place to wait. They are literally life saviors!!!

Quick chip repair for reasonable prices. The work was done the same day I called for an appointment. Friendly and efficient service and they made the cracks from the chip almost disappear. March 2025 had to replace a different windshield. Excellent pricing and service was outstanding. The technician took his time but made quick work of replacing the windshield.

My car’s passenger window was damaged last week during the famous car break-in around Nashville. Angel and his team were very helpful. Came to my place and replaced my car and my partner's SUV broken windows. Fast workers and extremely kind. They work things with you and do their best to make you happy during a difficult situation.
