We were involved in a hail storm while visiting. We were able to get an appointment within 2 days however, Before we left I told him that the piece that held the wiring for my safety alerts for the car was off. He came outside and just pushed it back up. Didn't check it or anything. NOW the whole thing is hanging down and once checking inside there is a broken section. Of course, I can't drive back to SD for him to repair, but I also can't drive my car currently because of this.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Very impressed with Dakotaland Autoglass. Far and away better than 'the other guys.' You can call them and talk to a person who will promptly answer your questions. Their prices are FAR better, and they told me it would take a couple hours and they had it done in under an hour. If you need somebody to 'repair' or 'replace' your windshield, get that jingle out of your head and come to these guys instead!!

Dakotaland was great. We were traveling from WV to WY and a long the way our windshield was busted. They got us in as soon as we got there after a pleasant phone call. They were more than willing to help, gave us a vehicle to go get food, and even let us hangout in the office with our dogs. We felt right at home. Good, clean, quality work. Easy to get in touch with (unlike Safelite, omg) and very nice lady at the counter. Work was good for a new windshield, price seemed fair. Was going to use the Toyota dealership, but the dealer said they send their cars here. Only reason didn't have 5 stars from me is there wasn't any changing table in the restroom at a place where you expect to wait more than an hour for repairs.

I was in a panic as hail completely ruined my windshield and I was leaving for a big vacation two days later. Lucky for me, they had my windshield in stock and made an appointment for me the next day. It all went off without a hitch and I was able to go on my vacation. I was so very thankful for their ability to get me in so quickly and do a perfect job!

Got a referral from Cory's Tire Factory to come here for my windshield replacement and I've been going to Cory's for years and love there service. So i decided to give Dakota-land a try and i am Super impressed with the speed and quality of service. Becky was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Got me scheduled as soon as it was convenient for me. Mike, the installer was great. He replaced the windshield fast...1.5 hrs. My windshield whistled at highway speeds and was driving me insane so I scheduled an appointment, dropped my car off, and 15 minutes later the issue was fixed at no charge. Turns out there was a gap of sealant missing so a technician filled the gap and sent me on my way. Solved the problem, in and out quickly, and no charge at all.

Took my toyota sienna in for a windshield replacement and they said it would take 2 hours, 45 minutes later they were finished. They were quick to schedule my appointment and flexible when I needed to reschedule. Overall very pleased with the service
