First Choice Auto Glass

I’m going to try not to cry as I write this. 1st choice literally saved me today! This is news years eve, it’s cold and rainy. My car window was smashed early morning during a rash of break-ins in my neighborhood. I am a fulltime Uber/lyft driverAnd I HAVE to have my car to pay bills. I have so many due now during this horrible time and absolutely cannot afford to take a day off. Especially, busy New Year’s Eve. This company was the first that I called (based off reviews) and Shelly was above and beyond amazing. I mean more than any another company/business that I have ever a day in life dealt with. She immediately jumped into action to help me and I am now (only 2 hours after first talking to her) sitting in their lobby as Alex is repairing my window. He walked out and greeted me with a smile in the cold rain and assured me he would get it done quickly. He was so nice. Amy inside, was equally as warm and nice. They are being so amazing that in New Year’s Eve, I’m actually going to make it to the tint shop now my 2:30 to get that done, and still be able to drive tonight to make the money to pay my bills. I hope many people read this review and find it helpful. There is one thing dealing with a company that does good work, but quite another level when they also have compassion. Please use them. I was staying at a hotel in Columbia S.C. While there, someone decided to bust out my driver side window. As well as 2 other people's windows. I 1st called the police. Then I called a well known place to fix my window. I was not willing to pay the extreme amount they wanted. So I did a local search. I checked all the reviews. I found 1st Choice Auto Glass. I read every review. They all talked about the excellent service and great prices. I was just in hopes what I read was true. And let me tell y'all 1st hand. I talked to Shelly. I really thought I was going to regret this discussion. Oh man, was I wrong. I am so very grateful not only that I found this company. But that the reviews are very on point. Shelly made time to schedule fixing my window. Knowing I was leaving that day to drive back home. And Alex was above and beyond happy to help and answer any and all questions. He explained everything to me. I can't put into words the gratitude I have for Shelly and Alex. I have only heard how amazing the other employees are. And with my experience with Shelly and Alex. I absolutely believe that everyone within this company is above and beyond individuals. I would recommend 1st choice to anyone and everyone. Y'all hold true to who you are and what you do. I had a chipped windshield that turned into a complete crack in the glass overnight. I filed a claim with my insurance company and they listed another glass company to schedule with. It was going to be over a week. I did some internet research and found First Choice. First Choice called me and we had the technician scheduled to replace the glass at my office the next day. At that point I had not even heard back from my insurance agent. The next day the technician showed up as scheduled and replaced the glass in less than an hour. He was extremely kind and respectful of my jeep. The glass looks great. Communication and customer service were excellent from start to finish. I cannot say enough kind words!!!! From the sweet woman that called me and scheduled someone to come out to my apartment first thing the next day, to Alex getting here promptly and fixing my windshield in 5 minutes! The experience was seamless, and unlike a lot of other places the people represent the company were wonderful and easy to talk to. Alex updated me through the whole process and made small talk. Things like this make a lifetime customer, and i can say without a doubt i will always come back. These were the kind of people that make you want to break your windshield just so you can talk to them again (joking). Alex Lovaan is an exceptional young man!! He is very knowledgeable in what he does and more in what he knows. He went above and beyond of what I expected in any field. Ms Shelley I hope you keep him around for a very long time and promote him as high as it goes. You don't find them like this any more!! He is a very respectful, humble , and kind young man and on top of it all he is most handsome and good in what he does . His mom and dad should be much proud of him for raising a hard working gentleman. I will highly recommend First Choice Auto Glass because of this young man. !! First Choice should be your first choice!!!! My sunroof in my car completely shattered. Through my insurance company, I was referred to First Choice which was the best choice I could have made. From the first moment that I spoke to someone, to the technician that came out to do the replacement, they were nothing but prompt and professional. They were courteous, polite, professional, answered all my questions, and kept me informed each step of the way. Their customer service was impeccable. I know if I ever need glass replacement in the future, they will be who I call. If I could give higher than 6 stars, I would!!!! Hands down, the best!!!

I was driving to West Columbia from GA and my windshield was cracked by a rock. I was on a short time frame before I had to drive back. Plus frazzled with a lot of family stuff going on. They got my windshield replaced quickly. The cameras had to be realigned but it couldn't be done due to rain. Shelly diligently followed radar the next day and got me back in so I could leave as scheduled the next day. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if I do, I will certainly go back. Also, they used an oem part, which was important to me. Compassionate and professional...something that is difficult to find. I highly recommend First Choice.

They really care about there clients, went above and beyond for me and got my insurance to pay for repairs even though my insurance company really didn't want too. Even going so far as to starting a three way call with my insurance to make sure I was taken care of. Saved me from paying out of pocket and got the job done in a very timely manor dispite poor weather conditions. Give this place some love. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Great company and great individuals. The owner is so friendly and guaranteed all the work that was done. Very impressed with the whole process. This company is family owned, so make sure you give them your business. My wife's windshield came out perfect. Everyrhing the owner said, was done 100 percent. Excellent experience with this company. Very prompt service and honest, reasonable pricing for my Jeep windshield.
