I was referred to this shop by my insurance agency. I'm always wary when I go for any new auto service shop, but there was no need to be with this shop. I was greeted promptly. The customer area was bright and clean. I was informed of the estimated work time. I walked to a nearby donut shop for a bit and then waited the rest of the time in the shop. The manager chatted with me a bit and was very nice. The work was done sooner than I expected and the technician came out to talk to me. As a female, dealing with car service can be frustrating, but I felt safe, comfortable, and respected.

Employees are the first impression that a customer gets of a company. The actions of an employee can greatly impact the amount of business a company receives. This in turn determines wether they thrive, survive or die. Ryan is an excellent technician. He communicated throughout the entire process during my Lincoln's windshield replacement and was very thorough in explaining the aftercare. I highly recommend this company and if you can select a technician, make sure it's him!

used their drop-off option to get my windshield replaced on my 2021 volkswagen golf GTI - super easy and quick process. i was running behind to drop off my car and couldn’t get past the automated person on the phone to tell them i was x minutes away, and they called me to check on me after which was great! the lady at the front desk was very kind, wish i got her name to give her a shoutout. and the person who worked on my car! thanks safelite 🤓

Made an appointment. They gave me a time window between 8am and 1pm. No communication, did not arrive. I called the 800 number at 1:00 and asked if they were still coming. They said they’re running behind and can’t give me an ETA. So I wasted my entire morning on the false hope they’d arrive and no communication they had no plans on arriving within the 5 hour window they gave me. Very disrespectful of their customers time.

I am so happy with the Taylors, SC location. Professionalism and kindness. This fantastic team fixed my windshield in the time they said they would. Funny story and this could happen to you... two days later I see a very fine hairline crack again, about 23 inches. I immediately drove back to safelite. The receptionist was welcoming, called out the shop manager and tech. (sorry I don't remember their names). They took a look and immediately eased my mind. "It does look like a crack, however, its a spider thread." They didn't make me feel like an idiot. We all had a good laugh and I and I was on my way. They made me feel safe coming back to them. Great experence.

Professional, on time, resourceful, and hospitable. With a 2024 Service Excellence award, this location is top notch. Shop tech is incredibly advanced, you can eat off the shop floor and there is not a speck of dust in the waiting room (Guest Wifi access available. It’s businesses like this in Greenville that make something as inconvenient glass repair, less of a hassle.

Roberto was courteous and very attentive to our concerns. Coincidentally this was the second time he's been to repair one of our vehicles. It was a pleasure knowing that we we're having a knowledgeable professional installing our windshield again! I would definitely recommend Safelight AutoGlass for your windshield repair needs. My tech was so helpful. He called and communicate what time he would be there and when he was arriving. My window looks brand new. Clean like I just bought it. I did have my rear view mirror to fall . He came back and ensure me that won't happen again. If it do then just call again. Awesome service. Love it.
