Went out one night, car got broken into and they busted TWO windows ugh! But I'm so glad I went to Safelite they're the best. I chose to make an appointment at the shop instead of arranging a home visit (I don't like having to stay home for four hour window with the possibility of someone coming at any time). But anyway, my appointment was at 8am, I arrived at 8:05 , my car was in the back by 8:07. All the staff had smiling faces, very respectful and curteous. Offering coffee, hot chocolate, water, etc. They told me the replacement (for two windows) would take around 1h 45min. It took 1h 52min exactly. Very impressed with the quality work. I will definitely recommend them everyone! Thanks so much for making this service pain free. You guys are the best, no doubt!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience with Safelite AutoGlass. They where to replace my windshield between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm. The repair technician comes at 11:30 am, and said that it may rain and did not want to work on the car in my driveway. He told me to bring the car in the shop and he would replace it there. He gave me directions that where not very good. I tried calling the shop phone and no one picked up to give me directions. Bottom line, the work was done correctly, as far as I can tell, but the service was poor, being that I was inconvenienced. I pretty much had to waste most of my day waiting for them to come out only to have to go in the shop anyway. It was nothing like you see on their TV commercial.

I had a death in the Family and had my windshield chipped on the way to the Funeral. I called my Insurance, which is Progressive and told them I want to go with Safelite. They got me in on a Wednesday in which I had to go back to work and they was able to install my brand new windshield by coming to my house while at work. The Technician was Rafeal, he was very professional and kept me inform of the arrival, install and calibration. Safelite provided me with excellent customer service and I strongly recommend them to anyone that need windshield service. Thank you Rafael for your Outstanding work that you perform on my 2021 Chevy Tahoe on 10/16/24.

They finished earlier than first estimated which was nice but once we got in the car we noticed my wife's bobblehead broken with one piece up front and the other in the backseat. Dirt smudges inside the car near the ceiling and near the rear view mirror there's a scratch from either them trying to remove the camera or when they had to get in that area for the sensors. Everything went over very well. The installation guy called me earlier that morning to confirm the appointment. He let me know that he had one ahead of me and I would be notified when he was on his way. I received the notification, as promised, which allowed me to meet him there to give him the key. We literally turned into the yard right behind one another. He was very nice and very mannerable. The actual service was great. No problems with my windshield or the installation. Wait time was not excessive and they have water for customers. The part that made my wait uncomfortable was the smell of cigarette smoke in the waiting room. I had to cover my mouth and nose at one point because i think someone may actually have been smoking while i was in there - the smell got really strong and it was horrible. I would have gone outside but it was too cold. Other than that, no issues.

Had alittle issue with the glass that was delivered, was scratched upon delivery so I had worked it out with this facility to see if they could transfer my appointment to the Columbia location because my windshield had a hole in it and the rain was not letting up. So I left the location and britney called me back and said they had another windshield for another order they could use for my truck so I turned around and within an hour they were done.

We really loved the fact that we could have the Safelite repairmen replace our windshield at our home, instead of having to wait at a shop, which would have been really difficult with a 9 month old! The men were quick and courteous and let us know exactly what we needed to do after the windshield replacement to make sure everything stayed in place. If ever I have another problem with my windshield, I would definitely use Safelite again!

Wasted an entire day after waiting a week and a half to get an appointment. Got a call telling me I was last on list between 12 and 5, then got another call saying bring it to the shop at 530 due to rain. Was okay with that till I got another call telling me to bring it in at 630. An entire day wasted. Direct quote " I don't make the appointments." Made a different appointment with a shop in Columbia, not safelight. Not again.

William was our technician and he went above and beyond. We had a broken piece of trim (unknown to me) that happened during the last windshield replacement, but it wasn’t super noticeable. I just asked if he could put it back on more securely. He told me it was broke and if I bought the piece they would put it on for free at the shop when it comes it. I would recommend, he did a great job.
